Thassos Cruises Axion Esti - Limenaria port

We enjoyed so much the sunset trip, that next year will repeat the experience. Only 10 EUR, totally worth it.

The cruise was worth its price. If you are anywhere close Limenaria, try it. 7 hours, 4 stops for swimming, they feed you twice - the breakfast is rather small (a cinnamon bun with a cup of tea, coffee or juice), but the dinner was extremely good (grilled meat with tzatziki and salad). If you feel seasick, you can ask the crew for the pill, which will help you feel better. As for the trip itself, we were lucky to go by Plan A and see all of the stops on the map, the capitan of the boat would announce each one and tell where to look. The 1 stop is some time after leaving the port, after breakfast - in the sea and the boat gives you life vests if you are afraid, with which you can jump off this boat together with everyone. The second stop is also in open water, the water looks green and clean and your partner can take pictures and videos of you swimming with a crazy-looking backhround of Greek cliffs. The third stop is on the Alyki beach, this stop is 1.5h (other stops are 30min), you may take a small boat from the ship to the beach, or swim all the way to the beach yourself (i recommend taking a life vest in that case just in case you get tired). I myself cannot swim, but with a life vest it was quite easy to swim to the beach and back. If you don't want to visit the beach, you can chill in the green waters around the boat. While on this stop, the crew grills the meat and gives out dinner. After the Alyki beach you see the marble quarry, which looks dazzling with green water over the marble floor. Then you turn around and sail into the sea, which I assume is the faster way to come back, as opposed to simply swimming by the coast. You sail for a long time, and then when you get close to Limenaria, there is a small beach near Potos, where the water is the greenest from all the other places, and this is the fourth stop. After that, you sail back to Limenaria port. This is the Plan A route. I hope now you decided to go for the 7h adventure, there is no way you could get such an experience by any other transport, even car, especially at such a low price. The price is the only reason we decided to go and we were ready to get disappointed, but we actually enjoyed it very much, we will never forget it! Thank you!

A traditional Greek boat with remarkable crew. The trip is worth every penny, very good price/quality. For 25 Euro/person you get a 7 hour trip, breakfast (croissant with juice/coffee), lunch (barbeque made fresh on-board, juices/ wine) and not least a customer oriented crew with a high attention to detail. At every stop (there were 4) they desinfected the public areas, rails, door handle. Definitely is a must if you are visiting Thassos! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

The most beautiful sunset I've ever seen?

If you only do one trip while on Thassos then this boat trip has to be it. Very good value for a full day, lovely BBQ lunch and many chances to jump in the crystal clear sea in locations only accessible by boat. Very friendly staff and cheap drinks too. Highly recommended

Lovely experience, the staff were friendly, food was good, stop locations were unreal. We stopped 4 times and we’re able to swim in unique spots, I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for boat trips. The price was also very affordable.

We had a great tour with Axion Esti! The captain and the crew were amazing and we had a lot of swims during the cruise. Totally recommended!

Booked this trip privately after TUI mucked up our booking through them and were not disappointed. This is great value for money. We had a day cruise with 4 stops to swim and snorkel and a lovely prepared lunch on the boat, they even gave us a croissant when we first left the dock. The boat is a converted fishing boat and is in beautiful condition, the captain and crew clearly pride themselves in keeping it all ship shape. Great 7 hour trip.
