S	Sasha Roobaha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a bad experience with this hotel unfortunately. the main problem - communication with guests. we paid for a room in hotel by card, and was already on our way to the hotel from Zakyntoth by car but we met with problems on the road so stock in about 100 km to Athens in our car. At that night the hotel personal told us: “no problem, we understand, we give you another room because of your accident next day”. but on that next day the Reservation office of this hotel told us “Good buy”, we won’t give you another room, you can pay again. not the problem in this decision, because not every hotel open to guest’s problem, but the problem in the communication, because they lie to us they can help and after that took their words back

M	Martin Varley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is relatively new and has a modern feel.Check in was smooth albeit that the receptionist struggled with English, in fairness I speak to Greek so hard to complain about. Helpful is showing me to the elevator but did not offer to have someone help with luggage. The room 14A was sold as a Port View, but on floor one, its not ideal but has a good view of the car park. The room smelled very strongly of cigar smoke but as it was late I could not be bothered messing about for one night so left the door open to air while I went for a snack. The rooftop bar is beautiful (4th floor) and the menu small but interesting. I had a seafood bisque, it was actually more of a risotto but very nice, small and at Euros 32, not cheap The view is lovely and I am sure as the season picks up it will be a popular place. I saw the rooms on the opposite side of the floor I was on and they seemed much larger, so if I went again I would sacrifice the mediocre see view for a larger room, particularly as how noisy the road is outside the hotel. I was there for one night pre-cruise, I would not want to be there much longer than that,

The staff are friendly & helpful, we had made an error in the booking date & the reservations team were so accommodating & happily assisted us to change the date, which was wonderful. Would certainly stay here again.
