★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to like it more. The staff are great, very cheerful and helpful, but the quality has dropped dramatically. The Ferrero used to be much better, their bread has become more like rubber and whatever breads had nuts and whole grains in them have much fewer and their sandwiches although nice are often not very fresh. This happens very often, we ask if something is fresh and they say yes and then we go home and when we try them we realize that isn't the case. If it had happened once or twice it'd be OK, but it happens all the time. I think I'll stop choosing this bakery because of that.
