★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκλεισα ραντεβού για κούρεμα και χτένισμα για γάμο. Όλα καλά μέχρι το κούρεμα. Στο χτένισμα έπεσε το καυτό σίδερο για τις μπούκλες στο μέτωπο μου. Προσπάθησα να κατανοήσω ότι τέτοια πράγματα μπορεί να συμβούν ακόμα κι αν πονούσα και μου είχε χαλάσει όλη η διάθεση για μια χαρούμενη μέρα στο γάμο της καλύτερης μου φίλης. Ωστόσο, εξοργίστηκα με το γεγονός ότι χρέωσαν κανονικότατα τα πάντα και πολύ περισσότερο χωρίς ντροπή. Επαγγελματισμός σε οποιονδήποτε κλάδο σημαίνει να παραδέχεσαι τα λάθη σου και να μη γδέρνεις τον πελάτη ενώ έχεις προσφέρει υπηρεσία κακής ποιότητας. Ίσως μετά από την κριτική να αναθεωρήσουν κάποιες συμπεριφορές. Δε γίνεται να περιμένεις ο πελάτης να σου χαμογελάσει ικανοποιημένος φεύγοντας, ενώ έχουν συμβεί όλα αυτά. Γράφω την τελευταία πρόταση της κριτικής έχοντας μια φουσκάλα στο μέτωπο μου που θα φαίνεται σε όλες τις φωτογραφίες μιας σημαντικής μέρας. Κρίμα, γιατί είχαν πολύ καλές συστάσεις.
 I made an appointment for a haircut and hairstyle for a wedding. All good until the haircut. In the hairstyle fell the hot iron for the curls on my forehead. I tried to understand that such things can happen even if I was in pain and I was in a bad mood for a happy day at my best friend's wedding. However, I was outraged by the fact that they charged everything normally and much more without shame. Professionalism in any field means admitting your mistakes and not scratching the customer while you have offered poor quality service. Maybe after the review they will review some behaviors. You can not expect the customer to smile at you satisfied leaving, while all this has happened. I write the last sentence of the review having a blister on my forehead that will be seen in all the photos of an important day. Too bad, because they had very good recommendations.
