Καινούργιο, ευρύχωρο, διακοσμημένο με γούστο, στρατηγικά τοποθετημένο στο Μον Ρεπό, 3' με το αυτοκίνητο, 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια, (θαυμάσια παραθαλάσσια βόλτα) από το κέντρο της πόλης. Σημειώνεται ότι στο κέντρο δεν υπάρχει πάρκινγκ ούτε για αστείο (ειδικά τα καλοκαίρια) και στην Παλιά Πόλη δεν κυκλοφορούν αυτοκίνητα. Οπότε, αν μένεις εκεί, χρειάζεται να κουβαλάς τις αποσκευές με τα χέρια. Το σπίτι κοιμίζει και φιλοξενεί ανετότατα 6 άτομα χωρίς να στριμωχτούν πουθενά, ακόμα και οι ντουλάπες είναι τεράστιες. Δεν λείπει απολύτως τίποτα (όσο περνούσαν οι μέρες, διαπίστωνα ότι έχει τα πάντα), υπερπλήρης εξοπλισμός κουζίνας (δεν χρειάζεται να φέρετε απολύτως τίποτα, όχι σαν κάτι άλλους που έχουν μόνο ένα πιατάκι του καφέ, ένα τηγάνι, ένα μαχαίρι και 2 κουτάλια). Και, φυσικά, ιδιόκτητο parking για ένα αυτοκίνητο (αν και υπάρχουν θέσεις και στον δρόμο). Εμείς, σαν φίλοι και γνώστες του νησιού σας δίνουμε ισχυρή σύσταση να το προτιμήσετε αν: * είστε πολυμελής οικογένεια ή ζευγάρια * αν θέλετε να γυρίσετε το όλο το νησί και όχι να είστε καρφωμένοι όλη την ημέρα στην ίδια παραλία. Και να είστε και σε απόσταση αναπνοής για την βραδυνή σας βόλτα από την μαγευτική Παλιά Πόλη. * αν κάποιες μέρες μαγειρεύετε και τρώτε μέσα (αν υπολογίζεις τα κόστη των πρωινών + ενός γεύματος που γλυτώνεις, η τιμή του σπιτιού γίνεται ιδιαίτερα συμφέρουσα) * αν επισκέπτεσαι το νησί χειμώνα και θέλεις ένα σπίτι στο οποίο να διαμένεις άνετα (και οικονομικά με τις off season τιμές) τις μακριές νύχτες του χειμώνα Δεν συνιστάται αν οι διακοπές σου συνίστανται στο να είσαι μπροστά σε μία (ίδια) παραλία όλη την ημέρα (και ημέρες) και βαριέσαι να πλύνεις ακόμα και την κούπα του καφέ. Δεν άρεσε · Η τεράστια τηλεόραση έχει συνδρομητικά κανάλια (δωρεάν, π.χ. Netflix) αλλά ΌΧΙ ελληνικά εθνικής εμβέλειας (δεν έχει κεραία). Το σώσαμε μέσω της συνδρομής μας στο Cosmote TV I could write whole pages about how perfect this house was. New, spacious, tastefully decorated, strategically located in Mon Repo, 3 'by car, 20 minutes walk, (wonderful seaside walk) from the city center. It is noted that in the center there is no parking even for fun (especially in summers) and in the Old Town there are no cars. So, if you live there, you need to carry your luggage by hand. The house sleeps and comfortably accommodates 6 people without being crowded anywhere, even the closets are huge. Absolutely nothing is missing (as the days went by, I found that it has everything), overcrowded kitchen equipment (you do not need to bring anything at all, not like some others who have only a saucer, a pan, a knife and 2 spoons). And, of course, private parking for a car (although there are places on the road). We, as friends and acquaintances of the island, give you a strong recommendation to prefer it if: * you are a large family or couples * if you want to go around the whole island and not be nailed all day on the same beach. And be within walking distance for your evening walk from the enchanting Old Town. * if some days you cook and eat inside (if you calculate the costs of breakfast + a meal you save, the price of the house becomes very advantageous) * if you visit the island in winter and want a house in which to stay comfortably (and economically with off season prices) on long winter nights It is not recommended if your vacation is to be in front of a (same) beach all day (and days) and you are bored to wash even the cup of coffee. Did not like it · The huge TV has subscription channels (free, eg Netflix) but NO national Greek (no antenna). We saved it through our subscription to Cosmote TV
