Με τέτοιο προσωπικό απορώ πως το μεσιτικό γραφείο παραμένει ανοιχτό. Αδιανόητο να αναγράφουν στην αγγελία τους τη φράση "ιδανικό για φοιτητές" και κατόπιν συνάντησης και συμφωνίας για επόμενο ραντεβού: 1. Να εξαφανίζεται και 2. Μετά από πολλές προσπάθειες μου για επικοινωνία, να απαντά και να λέει ότι το σπίτι ήδη νοικιάστηκε και να αποποιείται της ευθύνης λέγοντας πως "ο ιδιοκτήτης προτιμούσε για ενοικιαστές κάποιο ζευγάρι και όχι φοιτητές"(ενώ στην αγγελία έγραφε το αντίθετο). Κοινός την πάτησα δυστυχώς. Αντίεπαγγελματίες στον υπερθετικό βαθμό, για να μην πω τίποτα χειρότερο. Φυσικά και όταν έπαιρνα την τάδε ώρα, ήταν άφαντος και όταν επιτέλους το σήκωνε μπορεί και 2 μέρες μετά, η απάντηση ήταν η ίδια "το σπίτι νοικιάστηκε". Όταν μου έστειλε μέσω Viber φωτογραφίες για σπίτι, του απάντησα ότι ενδιαφέρομαι και μου είπε ότι θα μου κλείσει τις επόμενες ώρες ραντεβού. Όταν του έστειλα, για κάποιο ραντεβού το μήνυμα έμεινε στο "Διαβάστηκε". Αυτό δείχνει καθόλου συνέπεια και επαγγελματισμό και ήδη έχω χάσει 3 αγγελίες για σπίτια με αυτό τον τρόπο μέσα σε 4 ημέρες. Χρειάζεται παραπάνω οργάνωση τόσο των ραντεβού, όσο και σωστή ενημέρωση των πελατών. Όταν ρωτάει ο πελάτης για σπίτι είναι καλύτερο να απαντήσετε: ενδιαφέρονται κι άλλοι, αν δεν νοικιαστεί μέχρι τότε θα σας πάρω πίσω, από το θα σε πάρω αργότερα και απλά να εξαφανίζεστε. Κατανοούμε όλοι μας τόσο τις εποχές και τη ζήτηση, όσο και τον αυξημένο φόρτο, αλλά απευθυνόμαστε σε ειδικούς στο χώρο για μια καλύτερη ποιότητα εξυπηρέτησης. Που τελικά δεν την έχουμε! Ούτε από τύχη δεν έχει σηκώσει κάποιος το τηλέφωνο, απορώ με όσους αναφέρουν ότι έχουν μιλήσει με άνθρωπο σε αυτό το τηλέφωνο.
