About The Burger Joint
Το "The burger joint" ξεκίνησε να λειτουργεί τον Φεβρουάριο του 2011, στην Γλυφάδα, μέσα σε μια μικρή στοά. Το όνειρο μας ήταν να δημιουργήσουμε το καλύτερο burger και να αλλάξουμε τον τρόπο που αντιμετωπίζεται το «fast food» στην Ελλάδα και θεωρούμε ότι το πετύχαμε!
Η χρόνια εμπειρία της οικογένειας μας στην εστίαση και η πολυετής θητεία μας σε εστιατόρια στην Νέα Υόρκη και στην Αθήνα, όπως τα Green Kitchen, Casa di Pasta, Silver Star, Cubanita, κ.α. αποτέλεσαν την βάση για την δημιουργία ενός πρωτότυπου burger house, με πολύ ποιοτικό και νόστιμο burger.
Η υψηλή ποιότητα των πρώτων υλών , ήταν πάντα ο βασικός στόχος γιαυτό και από την αρχή λειτουργίας του εστιατορίου μας, ξεκινήσαμε να εισάγουμε 100% Black Angus από Αμερική και Αυστραλία, από δικούς μας παραγωγούς και έχουμε μείνει σταθεροί σε αυτή την επιλογή, μέχρι σήμερα.
Το Black Angus θεωρείται η κορυφαία ποικιλία μοσχαρίσου κρέατος και γιαυτό πλάθουμε τα burger μας αποκλειστικά και μόνο με αυτό, χωρίς προσθήκη άλλων υλικών.
Τα εστιατόρια μας λοιπόν, βασίζονται στην πολιτική του homemade φαγητού.
Αυτό σημαίνει ότι, τα ψωμιά των burger είναι δικής μας συνταγής και ψήνονται κάθε πρωί από συνεργαζόμενο φούρνο, ώστε να είναι πάντα φρέσκα. Οι πατάτες είναι φρέσκες, καθαρίζονται και κόβονται καθημερινά στο εστιατόριο μας και τηγανίζονται σε καλαμποκέλαιο την ώρα της παραγγελίας. Οι sauces και τα γλυκά μας είναι επίσης homemade, όπως και το εξαιρετικό gelato που φτιάχνουμε σε 4 γεύσεις!
Έχοντας λοιπόν ως στόχο το homemade, ποιοτικό και νόστιμο φαγητό, και βάζοντας αγάπη και αφοσίωση σε ό,τι κάνουμε, καταφέραμε να επεκταθούμε από ένα μικρό μαγαζί σε μία στοά της Γλυφάδας, σε άλλες 3 περιοχές της Αθήνας και αυτή την στιγμή να μετράμε 4 εστιατόρια The Burger Joint και 3 Food truck!
Στόχος μας είναι, να παραμείνουμε πιστοί στην ποιότητα μας και να μεγαλώσουμε ακόμη περισσότερο την ομάδα που στηρίζει με αγάπη τα εστιατόρια μας!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered two cheese burguers. For what we paid, we expected the food to be at least average, however what we received was barely edible. Our usual buguer joint was closed, so we tried this place, big mistake, we should have ordered McDonald's instead (trust me, it's better). What you served us should be considered a crime. 1 star is for the french fries which were okay.

The fries were a bit too salty for me but my friends found them okay. The vegan mayo was tasty. My friend ordered a breaded chicken in her burger but the staff must have misunderstood and brought the chicken as a filet. She found it too peppered and dry, but the vegan options were great. We had a relaxed and not so busy time at the restaurant
