★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκεφτήκαμε το κατάστημα στις 7/7/2019, περίπου στις 9:30 το βράδυ και παραγγείλαμε καφέδες κτλ και ζητήσαμε να αν μπορούν να μας φτιάξουν ένα τόστ για την κόρη μας. Η κοπέλα μας είπε ότι δυστυχως δεν έχουν τοστ. Εναλλακτικά ζητήσαμε κάποιο σάντουιτς ή πίτα αλλά δεν υπήρχε τίποτα.
Αφου μείναμε αρκετή ώρα στο μαγαζί, διαπιστώσαμε με έκπληξη ότι στο πίσω τραπέζι οι πελάτες που είχαν έρθει μετά από εμάς έτρωγαν τοστ με πατατάκια..
Όταν ρώτησα την κοπέλα, γιατι σε εμάς είπε ότι δεν έχουν τοστ, μου απάντησε ότι στους συγκεκριμένους πελάτες έγινε κατ’εξαιρεση και οτι κανονικά το τοστ δεν περιλαμβάνεται στο βραδινό τους κατάλογο!!
Και η ερώτησή μου ειναι η εξής: Γιατί δεν μπορούσατε να κάνετε εξαίρεση για ένα παιδάκι 5 ετών που πεινάει, αλλά κάνετε για και παρέα ενηλίκων ανδρών;
Και γιατί τόσο θράσος στην απάντηση σας;
Μήπως διαχωρίζετε τους πελάτες σας σε γνωστούς και αγνώστους, τακτικούς και έκτακτους, ντόπιους ή ξένους;
Δικαίωμά σας να επιλέγετε τον τρόπο που λειτουργείτε το μαγαζί σας, αλλά και λίγη ευαισθησία όταν πρόκειται για μικρά παιδιά δεν βλάπτει..
We visited the store on 7/7/2019, at about 9:30 in the evening and ordered coffee etc and asked if they could make us a toast for our daughter. The girl told us that unfortunately they do not have a toast. Alternatively, we requested a sandwich or pie but there was nothing.
After spending a lot of time in the shop, we were surprised to find that at the back table the customers who had come after us ate toast with potato chips.
When I asked the girl, because he told us that they did not have a toast, he told me that the specific customers were being mistaken and that the toast is not included in their dinner list normally !!
And my question is this: Why could not you make an exception for a 5 year-old girl who is hungry, but you do for and join adult men?
And why so absurd in your answer?
Do you separate your customers into known and unknown, regular and extraordinary, locals or foreigners?
Your right to choose the way you operate your shop, but also little sensitivity when it comes to young children does not hurt ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλό καφέ με πολύ ωραία σνακ. Δυστυχώς ο πεζόδρομος επί του οποίου βρίσκεται έχει περισσότερο κίνηση οχημάτων από πεζών.
Very good coffee with very nice snacks. Unfortunately the pedestrian road on which it is located has more pedestrian traffic than it does.
