★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κλασσική περίπτωση "αρπαχτής" μιας σχολής λατιν που αποφάσισε να βαλει και αυτο το προγραμμα με αποτελεσμα να φυγω με σοβαρο τραυματισμο στη μεση.Απαραδεκτοι !
 A classic case of a "grabber" of a Latin school who decided to put this program as well, as a result of which I left with a serious injury in the middle. Unacceptable!

Excellent teachers-trainers with knowledge ... They are close to the apprentice .. Flexibility in training hours .. Beautiful environment !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο επαγγελματισμός είναι τρομερός. Το πρώτο μέλημα των δασκάλων είναι η ασφάλεια μας. Η δασκάλα ασχολείται με το κάθε μαθητή ανάλογα με τις δυνατότητες του σώματος του. Εξελίσσεται με το σωστό τρόπο. Οι αλλαγές στο σώμα και στην δυναμη μετά από λίγο καιρό είναι εμφανείς.
Professionalism is awesome. The first concern of teachers is our safety. The teacher deals with each student according to the capabilities of his body. It is evolving in the right way. The changes in body and strength after a while are obvious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όλες οι δασκάλες είναι επαγγελματίες με προτεραιότητά τους την ασφάλεια των μαθητών. Προσαρμόζουν τα προγράμματα εκγύμνασης και ενδυνάμωσης ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες του εκάστοτε μαθητή, ακόμα και στο πλαίσιο του ομαδικού μαθήματος. Είμαι τρία χρονια στην σχολή και δεν την αλλάζω :)
All teachers are professionals with priority given to student safety. They adapt the training and strengthening programs according to the needs of each student, even in the context of the group lesson. I have been in school for three years and I do not change it :)
