★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ίσως ο καλύτερος πατσάς σε όλη την Ελλάδα γνωρίζω οδηγούς φορτηγών που κάνουν στάση στην Έδεσσα μόνο για αυτό παλαιότερα είχα συναντήσει τουρίστα που έμενε στο απέναντι ξενοδοχείο με σκοπό το πατσατζιδικο. Όλα πεντακάθαρα και νόστιμα αν είχε 6 αστέρια σίγουρα θα τα έβαζα. Τα τελευταία 60 περίπου χρόνια νοστιμευει την Έδεσσα.
Probably the best tripe in all of Greece I know truck drivers who stop in Edessa only for this I had previously met a tourist who was staying at the hotel opposite for the purpose of patsatzidiko. All very clean and delicious if it had 6 stars I would definitely put them. For the last 60 years or so it has been flavoring Edessa.
