★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed here 3 times and I can not fault this place! The hosts are a lovely family who will bend over backwards to make your stay as comfortable as possible ! Nothing is a problem ! The food is amazing ! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a stormy evening in Narentza and we were one of a few guests only.
But the waitress had such a good mood, the food was absolutely delicious and the chef even played saxophone in the end!
It was a lovely experience and the staff didn't even want our tip.
I would really recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "The forest" restaurant is one that I visit at least 10 years now. Other restaurants have closed in the meantime, but "the forest" continues providing very good food at low prices. You can find meat and fish and in general typical Greek food. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is on the water which is nice. When we arrived they had about 25 to 30 tables with people and the staff were in chaos.
It took a while to get served and during the entire dinner we had no basics like salt pepper and napkins on the table. And we couldn't get anybody to give them to us.
I ordered lamb cooked in the oven but it was overdone and tough. However the other dishes were adequate.
The bread was delicious but we could not get a refill even when it was finished and the cheese, etc. had arrived.
The restaurant and location are nice. But they are understaffed for weekend traffic when most taverns are busy.
With all the competition it is hard to recommend. If I decide in the future to give it another shot I may amend this review.
