D	Dimitris Taloumis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ωραία σπίτι με μεγάλους χώρους για μια οικογένεια. Το τζάκι δουλεύει πολύ καλά και δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο. Very nice house with large spaces for a family. The fireplace works very well and there is no problem. The staff are very kind and willing.
k	katia Makrykosta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κριτική αφορά τη διαμονή στο Petit Chalet. Δε μπορεί να θεωρηθεί πολυτελής διαμονή και φυσικά να χρεώνεται και ως τέτοια (και ειδικά την καλοκαιρινή περίοδο) ένας χώρος ο οποίος: 1. λειτουργεί και την περίοδο του καλοκαιριού (ενώ απ ότι φαίνεται δεν το έχουν προβλέψει) και δεν έχει air condition. Παραβλέποντας τη συγκεκριμένη έλλειψη, και από τη στιγμή που είχαμε ενημερωθεί από την υπεύθυνη, θα ήταν όλα καλά αν η ενημέρωσή μας δεν ήταν ελλιπής. Θα ήταν σημαντικό να γνωρίζουμε ότι οι μπαλκονόπορτες των υπνοδωματίων ανοίγουν μέχρι το 1/3 (!!!) διότι βρίσκουν στο κρεββάτι και επιπλέον δεν έχουν σίτες (ούτε στο σαλονάκι)!!! (ενώ στα πολύ μικρά παράθυρα των μπάνιων και της σκάλας είχαν). Βέβαια στο 2ο και πιο μικρό υπνοδωμάτιο δεν άνοιγε καν η μπαλκονόπορτα μιας και ήταν κλειδωμένη (το κλειδί από την άλλη μπαλκονόπορτα δεν έβγαινε για κανέναν λόγο). 2. η πόρτα του μπάνιου-τουαλέτας δεν κλείνει (!!!) ίσως διότι έχει πετσικάρει. Ένα πρόβλημα που υπήρχε σχεδόν σε όλες τις πόρτες δημιουργώντας δυσκολίες στο άνοιγμα κλείσιμο (ο λόγος που δεν έβγαινε το κλειδί από την άλλη μπαλκονόπορτα την οποία καταφέραμε με δυσκολία να ξεκλειδώσουμε και φυσικά όταν φύγαμε δε μπορούσαμε να κλείσουμε). 3. στη βεράντα του επάνω ορόφου, με την ωραία θέα, δεν υπήρχε κάτι πάνω στο οποίο θα μπορούσες να καθίσεις. Ήταν απλά ένα άδειο μπαλκονάκι να βγεις (ως αίλουρος μιας και δεν ανοίγει κανονικά η μπαλκονόπορτα), να σταθείς όρθιος/α για όσο μπορείς και να ξανά μπεις (η φωτογραφία που υπάρχει στο site της βεράντας του επάνω ορόφου δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην πραγματικότητα εκτός αν αφορά άλλο petit chalet). 4. και με μικρότερο βαθμό σημαντικότητας (αλλά υποτίθεται ότι είναι πολυτελές): Το μπαλκονάκι που βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο δεν έχει θέα, βλέπεις στον δρόμο και σε κάτι καλώδια και φυσικά το δροσερό βράδυ σε τυφλώνουν τα εξωτερικά φώτα που υπάρχουν μιας και δεν έχουν προβλέψει να πέφτει το φως μόνο στο έδαφος (διότι ίσως δεν έχει προβλεφθεί ότι το βράδυ θα κάθεται κάποιος στη βεράντα – είναι χειμερινό). Από τα είδη ατομικής περιποίησης έλειπε η body lotion και για τα πιο εξεζητημένα ούτε λόγος (η φωτογραφία που υπάρχει στο site δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην πραγματικότητα εκτός αν αφορά άλλο petit chalet), δεν υπήρχε τηγάνι για να φτιάξουμε πρωινό (το φτιάξαμε στην κατσαρόλα), σίγουρα δεν ήταν απαραίτητο το πάπλωμα- ένα απλό σεντόνι θα ήταν μια χαρά (το οποίο δεν υπήρχε), δεν υπάρχει ηχομόνωση στις υδρορροές και ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ διότι ένα ντουλάπι της κουζίνας εάν ανοιχτεί ολόκληρο βρίσκει στο φωτιστικό (με κίνδυνο σπάσει). 5.ο κύριος Δημήτρης αν και ευγενέστατος δε φορούσε μάσκα όταν μπήκαμε στο chalet για να μας εξηγήσει τα βασικά (αυτός ήταν και ο λόγος που δεν τον φωνάξαμε για το οτιδήποτε μιας και η διαμονή μας ήταν μόνο για 2 βράδια). Τη στιγμή της πληρωμής, όταν του ανέφερα τα όλα παραπάνω, μου είπε ότι το petit chalet έχει κάποια "μικρό-προβληματάκια" (για τα οποία η υπεύθυνη δε θεώρησε σκόπιμο να γνωρίζουμε εκ των προτέρων όπως έκανε με την έλλειψη του air condition). Extra συμβουλή : Μιας και είναι pet friendly καλό θα ήταν στη βεράντα του ισογείου να υπάρχει μια πορτούλα για να μπορεί το pet το δροσερό βραδάκι να κινηθεί στον εξωτερικό χώρο ελεύθερα χωρίς τον φόβο να βγει εκτός (ειδικά μιας και δεν υπάρχει η δυνατότητα χρήσης της βεράντας του επάνω επιπέδου). Εάν λειτουργεί μόνο ως χειμερινό κατάλυμα καλό θα ήταν είτε να μην το διαθέτουν τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες είτε να ενημερώνουν για τα "προβληματάκια" είτε να το προσαρμόσουν. Είναι ένας όμορφος χώρος με αρκετά "προβληματάκια" τα οποία δεν δικαιολογούνται σε σύγκριση με το κόστος διαμονής και το "όνομα". Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά καλό. The review concerns accommodation in Petit Chalet. It can not be considered luxury accommodation and of course to be charged as such (and especially in the summer season) a place which: 1. it also works during the summer period (while apparently they have not provided for it) and it does not have air conditioning. Ignoring this shortcoming, and from the moment we were informed by the person in charge, everything would be fine if our information was not incomplete. It would be important to know that the balcony doors of the bedrooms open up to 1/3 (!!!) because they are in the bed and in addition they do not have screens (not even in the living room) !!! (while in the very small windows of the bathrooms and the staircase they had). Of course, in the 2nd and smaller bedroom, the balcony door did not even open since it was locked (the key from the other balcony door did not come out for any reason). 2. the door of the bathroom-toilet does not close (!!!) maybe because it has peeled. A problem that existed in almost all the doors creating difficulties in opening and closing (the reason that the key did not come out of the other balcony door which we managed to unlock with difficulty and of course when we left we could not close). 3. on the terrace upstairs, with the nice view, there was nothing on which you could sit. It was just an empty balcony to go out (like a cat since the balcony door does not open normally), to stand up for as long as you can and to enter again (the photo on the site of the upstairs terrace does not correspond to reality unless it concerns other petit chalet). 4. and to a lesser degree of importance (but it is supposed to be luxurious): The balcony located on the ground floor has no view, you see on the street and some cables and of course on a cool night you are blinded by the existing exterior lights since they have not provided the light falls only on the ground (because it may not have been predicted that someone will be sitting on the terrace at night - it is winter). Body lotion was missing from the personal care items and for the most sophisticated reasons (the photo on the site does not correspond to reality unless it concerns another petit chalet), there was no pan to make breakfast (we made it in the pot), for sure the quilt was not necessary - a simple sheet would be fine (which did not exist), there is no soundproofing in the gutters and CAUTION because a kitchen cabinet if opened completely finds in the lamp (with risk of breaking). 5. Mr. Dimitris, although very polite, was not wearing a mask when we entered the chalet to explain the basics (that was the reason why we did not call him for anything since our stay was only for 2 nights). At the time of payment, when I mentioned all the above, he told me that the petit chalet has some "small-problems" (for which the person in charge did not consider it appropriate to know in advance as he did with the lack of air condition). Extra tip: Since it is pet friendly it would be good to have a port on the ground floor terrace so that the pet can move freely outside in the cool evening without the fear of going outside (especially since there is no possibility to use the terrace of the upper level). If it only works as a winter accommodation, it would be good either to not have it during the summer months or to inform about the "problems" or to adjust it. It is a beautiful place with many "problems" which are not justified in comparison with the cost of accommodation and the "name". Breakfast was pretty good.

Εύχομαι την επόμενη φορά να,μείνουμε περισσότερο από 3 νύχτες....Το σαλέ ήταν παραμυθένιο όπως και οι παροχές που είχαμε στο σπιτι....ευχαριστουμε όλους τους" ενοχους" οπως και το ευγενικό παλικάρι...που κάθε μέρα μας τροφοδοτούσε ξύλα....ευχομαι σ όλους χρόνια πολλά και καλή χρονιά.... A real paradise. I hope next time, we stay more than 3 nights .... The chalet was fairytale like the facilities we had at home .... we thank all the "guilty" as well as the kind lad ... who fed us every day wood .... I wish you all happy birthday and a happy new year ....

The house, the cleanliness, the place, the breakfast and even the fireplace are ready to be lit. People have predicted everything !!

The words "poor" to describe the absolute beauty and perfection that we spent these 4 days that we visited you !! Congratulations it was all perfect !!
