Ήμουν πάντα ευχαριστημένη και πάντα έφτιαχνα τα νύχια μου αλλά και τα φρύδια μου εκεί, με μια συγκεκριμένη κοπέλα. Αν και εκείνη δεν συνεχίζει πλέον να εργάζεται εκεί, εγώ δεν έχω σταματήσει να πηγαίνω! Ήμουν και από τις υπόλοιπες κοπέλες φουλ ευχαριστημένη! Ωστόσο, σήμερα είχα μια πολύ άσχημη εμπειρία. Πέρα από το γεγονός ότι είχα ραντεβού 16:30 και με πήραν 10:15 να μου πουν αν γίνεται να το κάνουμε 10:45, εγώ εννοείται της εξυπηρέτησα. Όταν πήγα εκεί, με εξυπηρέτησε για πρώτη φορά μια κοπέλα. Ξεκίνησε να μου φτιάχνει τα νύχια και να μου κάνει γαλλικό καθώς έτσι είχαμε συμφωνήσει, από όταν έκλεισα το ραντεβού κιόλας, γνωρίζοντας ότι το γαλλικό παίρνει πιο πολύ ώρα και δεν ήθελα να καθυστερήσω και τα επόμενα ραντεβού! Ενώ συμφωνήσαμε για την βάση και όλα πήγαν τέλεια, όταν μου έφτιαχνε τον αντίχειρα επειδή μίλαγα κ κουνήθηκα καταλαθος μου είπε «στην εκανα πιο χοντρή την γραμμή γιατί μίλαγες και κουνήθηκες» και Αντί να μου την διορθώσει, απλώς μου είπε να βάλω το χέρι στο φουρνακι! Τελοσπαντων, ας το παραβλέψουμε αυτό! Πήγα να πληρώσω και για δεύτερη φορά δεν είχαν ρέστα και με έκαναν ΠΑΛΙ να τρέχω σε κοντινά μαγαζιά για να χαλάσω τα χρήματα! Επίσης, να ενημερώσω ότι όσο καιρό πάω πληρώνω φοιτητικό και τώρα απλώς το διέκοψαν χωρίς καν να ενημερώσουν, είτε όταν πήγα εκεί είτε από το τηλέφωνο. Όταν βγήκα στο φως Του ηλίου παρατήρησα κάτι… Τα νυχια μου ήταν λες και τα είχα φτιάξει 2 εβδομάδες πριν και φαινόταν λες και έχει μεγαλώσει το νύχι! ( Θα παραθέσω και φωτογραφία για να το δείτε!). Έτσι, με κάθε καλή διάθεση επέστρεψα για να της το δείξω. Εκείνη στην αρχή μου είπε ότι το παρατήρησε όταν μου τα έφτιαχνε και οτι είναι το νύχι μου έτσι… ΓΕΛΑΩ. Ωστόσο θα πω εγώ εδώ ότι αφού το είδε γιατί δεν με ενημέρωσε;! Μετά μου κατηγόρησε την συνάδελφο της, που μου τα είχε φτιάξει την προηγούμενη φορά, ότι εκείνη φταίει γιατί δεν τα πήρε καλά με τον τροχό! Η κοπέλα δεν είχε καμία διάθεση να διορθώσει το λάθος της και ούτε απολογήθηκε ή το οτιδήποτε, απλώς μου είπε ευχαριστούμε! Πραγματικά, είναι τόσο άσχημο να σας εμπιστεύομαι κοντά στα 2 χρόνια και να συμβαίνει αυτό το γεγονός! Απογοητεύτηκα παρά πολύ! Σίγουρα θα έβαζα 4 ίσως και 5 αστέρια αλλά μετά το σημερινό και το 1 αστέρι είναι πολύ! Λυπάμαι… I have been a customer of HANDS for definitely 1.5 years. However, today I had a very bad experience. Apart from the fact that I had an appointment at 16:30 and they took me at 10:15 to tell me if we could do it at 10:45, I meant I served her. When I went there, I was first served by a girl. He started to fix my nails and make me French as we had agreed, since I made the appointment already, knowing that French takes longer and I did not want to delay the next appointments! While we agreed on the base and everything went perfectly, when he was fixing my thumb because I was talking and I was moving, he said to me "I made the line thicker because you were talking and moving" and Instead of correcting it, he just told me to put my hand in the oven ! After all, let's overlook this! I went to pay and for the second time they had no change and made me run to nearby shops AGAIN to waste money! Also, let me inform you that as long as I go I pay a student and now they just stopped it without even informing me, either when I went there or by phone. When I went out in the sunlight I noticed something μου My nails were as if I had made them 2 weeks ago and it looked as if the nail had grown! (I will quote a photo to see it!). So, in a good mood, I came back to show her. She told me at the beginning that she noticed it when she made it for me and that it's my fingernail έτσι I LAUGH. However, I will say here that after he saw it, why did he not inform me ?! Then she blamed my colleague, who had made them for me the previous time, that she was to blame for not doing well with the wheel! The girl was not in the mood to correct her mistake and did not apologize or anything, she just said thank you! Really, it's so ugly to trust you for nearly 2 years and for this to happen! I was very disappointed! I would definitely put 4 maybe 5 stars but after today and 1 star is a lot! I'm sorry…
