★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η ΕΛΤΑ courier Πόρτα Πορτα είναι για το ανάθεμα... Πήρα τηλέφωνο στις 04/01/21 για να κλείσουμε καινούργιο ραντεβού να μου φέρουν το δέμα στο σπίτι και η κοπέλα μου είχε πει ότι θα μου το έφερναν την ίδια μέρα κι ολας. Ακόμα περιμένω...
 The ELTA courier Porta Porta is for the curse ... I called on 04/01/21 to make a new appointment to bring the parcel home and my girlfriend had said that they would bring it to me the same day and everything. I'm still waiting...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι απαράδεκτοι , αναφέρομαι στα Ελληνικά Ταχυδρομεία , δέμα μικρό (1 κιλό) από Ολλανδία αναχώρησε στις 07/01 και ακόμα σήμερα 25/01 δεν έχει φτάσει στην Ελλάδα και από τα ΕΛΤΑ λένε τόσο κάνει... μπορεί και μέχρι και 25 ημέρες να έρθει στην Ελλάδα είναι δυνατόν?
They are unacceptable, I am referring to the Hellenic Post, a small parcel (1 kilo) from the Netherlands left on 07/01 and even today 25/01 has not arrived in Greece and the ELTA says it does so ... it can come up to 25 days in Greece is it possible?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την Courier στο τηλέφωνο δύσκολα τους βρίσκεις. Είναι εξυπηρετικοί αλλά το χάνουν στην οργάνωση. Δύο φορές μου στείλανε δέμα σε ένα μήνα και τις δύο φορές πήγα να το παραλάβω εγώ, την μία περίμενα 10΄ για να το βρούνε και την άλλη 30΄ μέσα στον ήλιο.
The Courier on the phone is hard to find. They are helpful but they lose it in the organization. Twice they sent me a parcel in a month and both times I went to pick it up myself, one time I waited 10΄ to find it and the other 30΄ in the sun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λοιπόν εγώ καταθέτω μήνυση στην υπηρεσία τους διότι επειδή έχω πολλά δέματα δεν μπορώ να ασχολούμαι με μυνήματα ειλικρινά τους ζήτησα γραπτή ειδοποίηση διότι με βολεύει να ξεχωρίζω τα δέματα διότι με τα μυνήματα μπερδεύομαι και μου απάντησε με αγένεια που αυτοί καθονται στην ησυχία τους διότι είναι δημόσιος τομέας και όχι ιδιωτικός που στον ιδιωτικό είναι πιο δύσκολα τα πράγματα απο ευχέρεια χρόνου ώστε ότι δεν μπορώ να σπαταλάω χρόνο για γραπτές ειδοποιήσεις στον καθένα η ίδια και της είπα με υπομονή να μου στέλνουν ειδοποιήσεις γραπτές όχι μυνήματα
Well I file a lawsuit in their service because because I have a lot of parcels I can not deal with messages I honestly asked them in writing because it is convenient for me to separate the parcels because I get confused with the messages and he answered me rudely that they sit quietly because it is public and not private that in the private it is more difficult things from the ease of time so that I can not waste time on written notices to each myself and I told her patiently to send me written notices not messages

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My order arrived in Greece at 27 Aug 2017.Today is 18 Sep 2017 and i still havent received it.They didnt even bother to update their site so i can find out whats going on with my order.....that says all .Worst service in the world .Totally unprofessional .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are new to Greece, never trust their web pages. They are never updated. The working hours are wrong, they open till 2:30 not 8:30. They service was good over all.
