★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is new, the construction is very good and the design minimal.
The location is in the forest, overlooking the city of Florina.
The staff polite and helpful.
Breakfast was very poor for the hotel class, the choices of materials very few, a star had to be removed from the hotel for this reason.
The only thing that saved the situation was the cooker who made the omelet you wanted and the staff who was helpful, with the exception of the staff at the bar who made filter coffee plain water with a slight aroma of coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels in Greece mainland! A must for staying in the area! Wonderful rooms especially the ones towards Florina City, tasteful food and in the mountains of top of Florina! Staff is extremely friendly and ready to support you! Very clean and following all COVID protocols!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didnt have the opportunity to stay there because there was a health issue with a family member. Reservation has been made through booking platform. The platform asked the hotel to give a partial refund although the hotel declined to return any money. What a shame for such a hotel.
