Excellent store with excellent products. Almost all handmade. We had also seen the tk workshop where the owner gave us a mini seminar. Be sure to try the chestnut jam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρότι το Καρπενήσι είναι η πρωτεύουσα της περιοχής , το Μεγάλο Χωριό δείχνει να έχει καλύτερες επιλογές στην διασκέδαση. Ωραίες ταβέρνες με καλό φαγητό , καφετέριες με το παραδοσιακό γαλακτομπούρεκο και ωραία μπαράκια που συνήθως το Σαββατόβραδο έχουν ζωντανή μουσική. Αν φτάσεις μέχρι το Καρπενήσι , αξίζει να το επισκεφτείς.
Although Karpenisi is the capital of the region, Megalo Chorio seems to have better options for entertainment. Nice taverns with good food, cafes with traditional galaktoboureko and nice bars that usually have live music on Saturday night. If you reach Karpenisi, it is worth visiting.
