Συγχαρητήρια στον επαγγελματισμό και στο υψηλό επίπεδο παροχής υπηρεσιών, Ιδιαιτέρως για κάποιον πελάτη σαν και εμένα ο οποίος βρισκόταν εκτός Αθήνας Και δεν υπήρχε πιθανότητα προσωπικής επαφής. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το Optical Center Mantzouratos γιατί απλα είναι σπάνιο σήμερον ημέρα να βρίσκονται πραγματικοί επαγγελματίες με γνώση και συνείδηση! Εκτός από τα οράσεως, έχω φτιάξει και γυαλιά ηλίου+οράσεως τα οποία μου πρότειναν και ετοίμασαν σε ειδική απόχρωση που ταιριάζει στο πρόσωπο μου, και με σκελετό για το οποίο όλοι με ρωτάνε από που το αγόρασα. Πριν απο περιπου ενα μηνα μου εσπασε ο σκελετος απο τα γυαλια ηλιου τα οποια τα χρησιμοποιω καθημερινα λογω δουλειας και ειναι επισης και γυαλια ορασεως (με βαθμους). Παροτι ηταν Σαββατο πρωι οταν τα πηγα για επισκευη η κοπελα που εργαζεται εκει εκανε τα αδυνατα δυνατα ωστε να τα εχω ετοιμα μετα απο λιγες ωρες , οπως και εγινε. Μαλιστα μου προτεινε και εναλλακιτκες λυσεις αλλα θα ηταν πιο χρονοβορες. Γνωριζει πολυ καλα την δουλεια της και παντα με το χαμογελο. Χτες δυστυχως παλι μου εσπασαν στο ιδιο σημειο (παροτι τα προσεχω βεβαια παρα πολυ...) και τα πηγα ξανα για επισκευη. Σημερα το μεσημερι ηταν ετοιμα !! Και μαλιστα χωρις να χρεωθω την επισκευη..! Σιγουρα κερδισατε ακομα εναν ευχαριστημενο πελατη για τις επομενες αγορες παροτι διαμενω αρκετα μακρια. ΕΥΓΕ !! :) And if there were 10 stars again, it would be few .. !! Yesterday, unfortunately, they broke at the same point again (although I pay a lot of attention to them ...) and I took them again for repair. Today at noon they were ready !! And in fact without being charged for the repair ..! Surely you still won a happy customer for the next purchases even though I live quite far away. ΕΥΓΕ !! :)

Μετά από πολλά χρόνια είμαι και πάλι χαρούμενος γιατί έκανα τα πάντα με ένα ζευγάρι γυαλιών. Δεν ζαλίστηκα στο περπάτημα και στην οδήγηση , έβλεπα το κινητό μου και τις τιμές στο σούπερ μαρκετ. Πήρα πίσω ένα μέρος της παλιάς ζωής μου. Αξίζει να τα δοκιμάσετε. Είχα εξαιρετική συνεργασία με το κατάστημα για την αγορά πολυεστιακων. Καταρχάς έγινε έλεγχος των μετρήσεων του οφθαλμιάτρου και ενημέρωση για το τι περιμένω και τι όχι από τα πολυεστιακα ανάλογα με το τι ποσό θα ήθελα να δαπανησω. Αγόρασα φακούς με 250€ και πλήρωσα επιπλέον 100€ για αγορά σκελετού που να παίρνει επιπλέον γυαλιά ηλίου. Το 2ο ζευγάρι ήταν δωρεάν. Άρα πήρα 2 ζευγάρια γυαλιά που το ένα γίνεται και ηλίου με επιστροφή από τον ΕΟΠΥΥ των 100€. Αισθάνομαι δικαιομενος που εμπιστευτηκα το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα οπτικών. I had an excellent partnership with the store to buy multifocals. First I checked the ophthalmologist's measurements and was informed about what I expect and what not from the multifocal depending on how much I would like to spend. I bought lenses with 250 € and paid an additional 100 € for the purchase of a frame that takes extra sunglasses. The 2nd couple was free. So I got 2 pairs of glasses, one of which is made of sunglasses with a return from EOPYY of 100 €. I feel justified in trusting this particular optics store.
