Καινούργιος, προσεγμένος και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος χώρος. Πεντακάθαρα και άνετα δωμάτια. Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση της οικοδεσποινας κ πρόθυμη να σε βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστείς. Ένα τέλειο μέρος να μείνεις χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα κυρίως όταν έχεις παιδιά. Άνετο parking, το WiFi πιάνει στο φουλ, η τηλεόραση πιάνει όλα τα κανάλια και ο κλιματισμός είναι ο ιδανικός. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και σιγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε.

Ένα όμορφο και ήσυχο περιβάλλον ιδανικό για οικογένειες και όχι μόνο,αν θέλεις ηρεμία και χαλαρές διακοπές τότε θα το ευχαριστηθεις. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ φιλικοί και έτοιμοι να σας εξυπηρετήσουν για ότι θέλετε ότι και αν είναι αυτό. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σίγουρα θα το απολαύσετε!!!

Ένα από τα καλύτερα !!!! Όμορφο και πεντακάθαρο. Η καθαρίστρια κάθε μέρα παρόν . Όλα καινούρια μέσα και ένα μπάνιο να χαίρεσαι να μπαίνεις μέσα. Περάσαμε πολύ ωραία και σίγουρα θα έρθουμε ξανά. Η οικοδέσποινα Σοφία μια γλύκα ? Ευχαριστούμε πολύ ??

Nice and very clean rooms. Quiet area, relatively close to the beach. Friendly owners and staff!

We stayed there for 10 days and enjoyed each and every one of them :) First we were a bit sceptical as the appartment had just very few reviews in the internet when we booked it, but thats only because the whole building is brand new. I am sure that Papoutsakis apartments will become known as one of the best places to stay in Nikiti :) Sofia was our very friendly and helpful host. She gave us a very warm welcome and we got a small present from her with very tasty homemade apricot jam (from her mother in law) and organic olive oil. The rooms are brad new, with modern, high quality, beautiful and comfortable interior. All windows (even the door to the balcony) had fly screens (even though not really necessary when we were there). The air condition is easy to use, efficient and quite(!). The rooms were very spacious. The bed was a littlebit firm, but that seem to be quite common in southern europe. We got two additional pillows after our first night as the standard pillows a bit too big and firm. But I guess that is matter of personal preference. The bed itsel was a big double bed (2mx2m I guess). Wifi was fast and reliable. Nearby (5 min walk) the apartment are 2 big grocery storey. The beach in Nikity is just a 10 minute walk .

Super clean in a silence location. We had everyting we needed. Sofia was very caring. We will definitely come back!

Everything looks exactly like on the pictures and it’s even more beautiful in person! The host Sofia is such a nice lady that makes you feel taken care of. It is very clean, beds are sooo comfortable and wifi is crazy good. Also the owner really worked on details such as wine glasses, coffee mugs and all the other kitchen tools that you need so you basically don’t have to bring anything except the food lol. You just feel like you are at your friends house because they thought of everything for you. I am very greatfull for the experience of staying here and would recommend for anyone! ??
