One of the best online stores for shopping. The staff is very polite and attentive. Best customer service staff. They are knowledgeable and provide excellent service. Great shopping experience.

My wife purchased the navy flight carrier by Atelier de l'Armée through the Project Garments website less than one year ago. Unfortunetly this product was defective and started to fall apart within the first few months of minimal use. I contacted the Project Garments to have the item swapped out (or fixed) and they reocommended that I reach out to the manufacture. I was told that this defective item was not The Project Garments problem. The manufacture of the product (Atelier de l'Armée) did not stand behind there work or craftsmanship and suggested that I have the bag locally fixed and restitched by a dry cleaner here in New York. They did say they would reimburse me for the fix which they never did. It's been months since I sent them the receipt without reply. Unfortunately no dry cleaner or leather repair has been able to properly fix the bag as it continues to fall apart. The Project Garments should not be selling bags that are $300-400 USD in there online store that fall apart in less then 3 months. It's just not right. This bag is less than a year old and is total garbage at this point. Beware of warranty and customer service when buying. They do have great products in there store that are not from Atelier de l'Armée. However, after the back and fortth that I've had to go through. I would look to purchase from other online retailers. This has been an extremely disappointing experience. I feel like we were taken advantage of.
