The Red Dragon Dassia. - Kerkyra

Great place, best moussaka I have ever eaten but the gyros is just as good. Will definitely be back.

A week booked in July and can't wait to make our way back to the Red Dragon in Dassia. A 2 minute walk to beach and tavernas - the Red Dragon is perfectly situated. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Nina and Alex go out of their way to make you welcome and ensure you get the best experience of your stay in Corfu. Can't wait!

Highly recommended for a drink or a bite. Nina and Alex are always warm and welcoming, and provide a truly genuine experience of greek hospitality. The food is as authentic as it gets - vegetables are coming straight from the garden, and Alex is a true master of the charcoal barbecue. Stop by!

I stayed in the Red Dragon Hotel Dassia Corfu for a short break from 12th Sept for 4 nights, the hotel is situated very close to a lovely shingle and small pebble beach, on arrival I was greeted by Nina who welcomed me with a cold beer, after checking me in she explained the covid regulations for the hotel and area and showed me around the hotel, I was extremely impressed with the room which was spacious and spotlessly clean, nice touches were bottled water in the fridge tea coffee at all supplied. A plug in mosquito repeller was also plugged in to the bedroom. The room was air-conditioned which was very effective and even the room safe was free to use. My balcony had a lovely view and the beach and sea only a mere 75 metres away. During my stay the owners Nina and her husband were great hosts offering great advice on where is nice to visit, good restaurants to use and useful information about the island. I give them a 5 star rating for service and quality of stay. I am already looking at rebooking for another stay early next year and would recommend the Red Dragon hotel to anybody wanting a stress free relaxing break in the sun. Testimony to this fact are the number of holidaymakers who come back to this hotel year after year.

Love this place. A fantastic ambience and terrific service and value. Having a relaxing drink chatting or watching the big sports events on tv it has everything you need. Good selection of authentic drinks( if it has Gordons on the bottle it is Gordon’s !) and snacks. Will forever recommend toasties ! And they are continuing to add to the choices. Fab any time of day. Morning coffee , lunchtime nibbles and drinks and then the evening tipples. Great. The hosts can’t do enough for you

Wonderful locally made delicious breakfast with great hospitality ❤️ Loved the local home grown fresh eggs with oregano, and homemade marmalede ? freshly made juice and espresso is also just amazing! Highchair for baby is available. We had the best gyros here, too ?

A very warm welcome to all at this family run bar/ cafe which is situated in a peaceful area of Dassia. All spirits are the real thing as are the mixers with good measures. Hot chocolate with metaxa brandy is perfect for a late night drink. Great choice of beers & wine plus tea coffee & soft drinks. The toasties are simply the best & other snacks are available through the day & night. Both the bar, outside area & toilets are scrupulously clean with hand wash & towels on hand & mosquito repellents are used on the outdoor patio area. There is a variety of board games, dominoes & even a dart board for customers to use & a TV for watching sports. Mine hosts - Nina & Alex are so friendly & accommodating this cafe bar is like a home from home. Since writing my first review, the family are now offering a limited but lucious selection of meals & desserts - best of all, the Chips are home made, using Alex’s home grown potatoes, you you can even order to take away & as the beach is less than a minute away, pitta gyros is an ideal snack anytime.

If your thinking of going to Corfu then I highly recommend that you stay here. The Red Dragon is situated extremely close to the beach and set in a quite, pleasant area of Corfu. Extremely clean and well equipped rooms for a fantastic self catering holiday. Rooms are cleaned daily and it really is a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. The owners are very helpful with local knowledge and advice on how to get the most out of your holiday. Extremely friendly and helpful and that is why I’ve stayed here each time I have visited Corfu and will continue to. I highly recommend a stay you won’t be disappointed.
