Good luck to all the kids ... able to meet every need of every sportsman regardless of age !! And people with health problems .. I speak from experience !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετα από την πρώτη μου συνέδρια κιολας μπορώ να πω πως επιτέλους βρήκα ένα είδος γυμναστικής να μου ταιριάζει και δεν καταπονεί το σώμα μου! Ο συνδυασμός όμως με την εμπειρία και την υπομονή της Βάσως η οποία εκτός από Fitness Instructor ειναι και ιδιοκτήτης της εταιρίας THE ROOM PRIVATE TRAINING με αφήνει απόλυτα ευχαριστημένο! Καινούργιος χώρος και ήρεμο περιβάλλον! Προτείνω με κλειστά τα μάτια αν θέλει κάποιος να δει ουσιώδη διαφορά στο σώμα του!
After my first conference I can say that I finally found a type of exercise that suits me and does not strain my body! However, the combination with the experience and patience of Vassos, who apart from Fitness Instructor is also the owner of THE ROOM PRIVATE TRAINING company, leaves me absolutely happy! New space and calm environment! I suggest with my eyes closed if you want to see a substantial difference in your body!
