You may think like me that it's hard to rate Gyros...What parts of the pork is used? what's the process to prepare it? what's the cold/health chain behind it? Well, this little place in the center square of Moschato, ticks all the boxes: the pork is Pancetta, it's being prepared elsewhere frozen and delivered, which means there's no "local" hand interaction and potential loss of Cold Chain. For me, being a father of young children, it matters. For the rest it's cooked in "plain vanilla" mode with modern equipment by professionals. It's super tasty and so is the chicken breast. Highly recommended for a high quality produce and a tasty result.
