★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. Unfortunately, some of the rooms (and the hallways) smell like cigarette smoke. The staff said the entire hotel is non-smoking, but then why are there ash trays in the rooms? Also the colors and design is quite drab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm happy with the room, the size & how clean it is. I wish there was a ventilator in the bathroom though. Also, in the breakfast the staff could have been more relaxed but overall I'm happy with the personnel. Great value for money thus I don't want to reduce stars for details. I'll definitely use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located around 15 minutes walking from the center of the city. Overall is clean and organized, has everything that is needed. The breakfast is OK and the service is food. There is no parking and they direct you to a paid garage which is 6-7 minutes walking and it is 12 euro per day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, new, modern hotel in a quiet location but still close to center, Market, taverns and attractions. Friendly, helpful and polite stuf. Breakfast is very delicious and with variety. I booked a single room with double bed but didn't get it upon check in. Still they changed it the next day, very quickly after me asking. Definitely recommend this hotel

Quiet and relaxing. Staff was good.
*The tub and bathroom is slippery be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 4 stars are a lie. Besides a bed and a bathroom there is nothing here. Thankfully it was clean.
There is no balcony, no place to stay outside and drink something.
The hotel gives you the impression of a prison with dark hallways.
When you open the only window in the room at maximum 3m is a filthy building.
I ate the worst breakfast in my life here.

The staff were nice, friendly, helpful. But it’s the hotel owners who has to do some real work in appropriate spending for hotel maintenance; as it is a very old building. The fire alarm went off at 2 am and went ringing for about 25 minutes, ringing in our ears ? Don’t go by the 4 star gimmick, it’s not a 4 star hotel. It has facilities of 3.5 or 3 stars but not 4. Otherwise, it’s a good place to crash.
