★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the name suggests, The Traditional serves standard no-frills Greek food. Don't expect surprises on the menu. But everything they offer is delicious. The portions are massive, and the prices very low for Athens. For two people, I recommend to share two or three dishes, depending on how hungry you are. My partner and I ordered three and paid €21, including one drink each.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! It is impossible to find a better combination of service, location, quality and price. The host and waitress were attentive and kind, there was a lively atmosphere in the neighborhood, the food came our quickly and was great. We were all shocked when the check came (it’s rare to find great quality at a great cost). An amazing dining experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delish pork skewers with real home made fries. The peppers we got as a starter were seriously hot/ spicy but so tasty as well. Can’t believe the value also. Definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good choice for a cheap meal, nothing out of the ordinary but pretty good prices. I had the beef steak and it was actually not fantastic, hence the 4 stars. But we also had chicken with fries and that one was on point so maybe I was unlucky. In the picture is the "Tzatziki", the bread is not included but it was like 1€ or something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great spot to go for traditional Greek food. Be warned, the portions are huge but the meat is delicious. We had the pork platter, the garlic bread is also very good.
The prices are cheap and the service is very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic family run restaurant. I am sure the other reviews say it all, but I can't repeat it enough. The food here is GOOD! They specialise in meat dishes.
Note that portions are huge, prices are reasonable. If I could come every week I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A restaurant extremely genuine, from the service to the place itself. Fantastic great value meal in the heart of Athens ?? Really friendly staff and great food. The portions were HUGE. We could've easily shared one meal with the two of us. When I finished my chicken, I felt like there was still one portion left. Great value for your money, very cheap!
Service was great, really friendly and all spoke English. Lots of locals were there too, it seemed like a beloved place for them to relax and eat.
