★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μια πολύ ευχάριστη εξέλιξη στην περιοχή, μαγαζί σε στυλ 3ο κύμα καφέ που χρησιμοποιεί ΤΑΦ καφέ και τον χειρίζεται σωστά. Μια La Marzocco μηχανή με πολλούς Anfim μύλους στον πάγκο εργασίας. Πολλοί έχουν μια La Marzocco, Wega ή κάποια εξίσου καλή μηχανή, αλλά λίγοι ασχολούνται να φτιάξουν σωστό καφέ. Μια όαση ανάμεσα στα νέα μέτρια έως και άθλια καφέ που ξεφυτρώνουν σχεδόν καθημερινά στην πόλη μας.
Είχα ξαναδοκιμάσει το Pianeta Blue της ΤΑΦ ως σκέτο εσπρέσσο, αλλά ο Βαγγέλης το απογείωσε και έβγαλε ένα ιδιαίτερο αποτέλεσμα. Ευχάριστος και φιλικός ο Βαγγέλης, δίχως ίχνος δηθενιάς. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάω.
A very pleasant development in the area, a shop in the style of 3rd wave coffee that uses TAF coffee and handles it properly. A La Marzocco machine with many Anfim mills on the workbench. Many have a La Marzocco, Wega or some equally good machine, but few are busy making the right coffee. An oasis between the new mediocre to miserable cafes that mushroom almost every day in our city.
I had tried TAF Pianeta Blue again as a pure espresso, but Vangelis took it off and got a special result. Pleasant and friendly Vangelis, without a trace of dithenia. I will definitely go again.
