★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only talk about wall climbing service. There are a lot of routes for lead climbing and rope climbing as well as bouldering. Many square meters of surfaces with climbing elements although not very well maintained and without clear routes (e.g routes corresponding to a single color of wall elements or routes difficulty visible to everyone). There are instructors and experienced climbers usually at the place. A bit expensive to take lessons for single person or family although there is a wide variety of offered packages. Since the sport is not very widespread in Greece and similar places are rare even in Athens, this place is among the best so far. This does not mean that it can be compared to similar places around the world where the sport is more popular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to serve as many people and parties as possible, without investing in staff and organisation. Seriously understaffed, existing staff not wearing somekind of special staff clothes. We were stopped by people asking if we were working there.
Management not up to standard, unprofessional, not paying attention to big mistakes regarding food (our order never arrived, after 40 minutes of waiting with hungry kids, they informed as that our order was given by mistake to another table).
When I ordered a few sandwiches just to give something to the kids to eat we paid like nothing had happened.
A single desk where you pay for everything, food, kids tickets, info area, shop, all in one..... One person behind the desk, the manager, not able to keep up with the high demands of a sunny sunday with numerous booked parties and other independent families coming in.
On another note, in a covid-awareness period, the staff preparing the sandwiches handled them with bare hands!
As visitors should respect the space they visit, so a place's management and staff should do the same.
Very very disappointed seeing that in 2022 some professionals still go about lowering the minimum expected standards.
