Friendly environment, clean room and above all proper training. Also, it becomes very considerable efforts for enrichment programs and introduction of new ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλησπέρα σας, είμαι ένα παιδί με βροχικό και αλλεργικό άσθμα εδώ και 10 χρόνια. Προχθές επισκέφτηκα τον πνευμονολόγο μου για για την καθιερωμένη εξέταση και με ρώτησε εάν γυμνάζομαι και τον απάντησα ότι πάω γυμναστήριο στο THE WOD και συνήθως κάνω crossfit αλλά και όχι μόνο.
Στο τέλος της εξετάσεις μου είπε ότι λόγο της έντονης γυμναστικής που κάνω μέσω των προγραμμάτων βοήθησε να ανοίξει το διάφραγμα° οπότε έχει σαν αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει καλύτερη λειτουργία των πνευμόνων.
Υ. Γ. Όλα αυτά τα οφείλω στο THE WOD και στον γυμναστή μου Θωμά Θύμνιο.
Good evening, I have been a child with rainy and allergic asthma for 10 years. The day before yesterday I visited my pulmonologist for the standard examination and he asked me if I work out and I answered that I go to the gym at THE WOD and I usually do crossfit but not only that.
At the end of the exam she told me that because of the intense exercise I do through the programs it helped to open the diaphragm ° so it results in better lung function.
PS I owe all this to THE WOD and to my trainer Thomas Thymnios.
