Unique terrace on the heaven

Unbelievable location, on a hill in Katouna village, isolated, with a great view over the east part of the Lefkada island. There are 2 villas, with parking lots, pool, barbeque place. The rooms are very clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need (oven, stove, sink, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators). There also 2 washing machines, for laundry. All rooms have AC. The only thing that doesn't work well is the Wi-Fi connection. You will feel like kings!

Absolutely amazing. The host is super friendly and insightfull, he will recommend you the best places and experiences to have in Lefkada. The villa has the best view and very clean, and it includes all amenities. Highly recommended, we shall return next year for sure.

It's absolutely beautiful here. All the kids wanted to sleep together in the same room and they organized another bed immediately! Perfect views and outstanding service. Would definitely recommend to large groups of family and friends! The villa is finished so beautifully. Absolutely amazing!

The view and the pool are the only things doing this place justice. The owner is unbelievably rude and dishonest when he isn’t sweet talking for extra business. He sold us a 7 Bath and Bed villa and instead put extra beds in the largest room and locked the 7th room as it had a blocked toilet (that never got looked at or fixed after he promised to do so when we confronted him about it). He never once told us about this issue until everyone arrived and we were a bedroom short. Only when trying to explain the situation to him and suggesting we only use the room and not the toilet or get a minor reduction in the total cost for the inconvenience/lack of a room we had booked, he started shouting, saying we were out of order for even suggesting paying less, and suggested we leave and find somewhere else to go. Not only this but he regretted to tell us beforehand that the gym (a usp for the property) was not available because of COVID. And that they only have 9 sun beds for the 14 people that can stay there as (in his words) “you won’t want to be doing much sunbathing really” The place is not “luxury” as stated advertised all over their websites and ads. A lot of the villa is unfinished, there are pipes coming out of the floor, cables from bathroom cabinets, a space saving washing machine for 14 people and WASPS everywhere!! Also on our leaving day I woke to 4 people outside my room on the patio drinking coffee and another 4 cleaners stripping the house/beds before the new guests arrived. This was over 2 hours before our checkout time. Not only this but when I closed the blinds and door to get changed for the day, one of them proceeded to come in my room unlock the door and let the others in saying they needed to strip the beds and I could change in the bathroom instead. We made the most of the villa and I really cannot fault the pool and it’s breathtaking view. It was just the owners aggressive fear mongering tactics and dishonesty throughout our stay that made us very uncomfortable and set our holiday off on the wrong foot.

We had an amazing stay and really can’t fault anything! Hosts (Spiros and Katarina) were friendly,welcoming, caring and gave us great recommendations. We had the suite with the above ground indoor hot tub which was also fab! It was really big and such a great view! The breakfast was good and they bring the best products around the island . Beds comfy, shower hot , room had everything we needed (could have stayed for weeks!). Everything was well thought through and you could feel it . Thanks for a great experience and we will be back!!!
