★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κηρυγμενο νεοτερο μνημειο, το θεατρο "Φοινικας" οικοδομηθηκε το 1895 για να λειτουργησει ως δευτερη στεγη του Δραματικου Συλλογου Κερκυρας. Ιδιαιτερο ενδιαφερον παρουσιαζει η αμφιπλευρη λειτουργια της σκηνης που επιτρεπει τη λειτουργια του θεατρου κ ως χειμερινο-κλειστο και ως θερινο-υπαιθριο προς την αυλη στην πισω μερια του κτηριου. Κατ'αυτον τον τροπο λειτουργουσε και ως θερινος κινηματογραφος. Παρ' οτι το 2008 αποφασιστηκε η αποκατασταση του απο το Κεντρικο Αρχαιολογικο Συμβουλιο μεχρι σημερα το κτηριο βρισκεται σε κατασταση καταρρευσης.
Proclaimed newest monument, the theater "Phenicia" was built in 1895 to serve as second ROOF dramatically assoCiation Corfu. Of particular interest are the duplex set of scenes that allows operation theater n as a winter-closed and as a summer-outdoor yard to the back side of the building. In this way it also functioned as a summer cinema. Despite that in 2008 it was decided by the restoration of the Central Archaeological Council to date the building is in a state of collapse.
