I have personally been 3 times there and everytime I feel quite heavy after the lunch. In the case of Themis, we tried two quite fatty and heavy Peinirlis, one with cheese, butter, egg and minced meat and the other with cheese, butter, egg and sausage. Both were excellent and tastefull. We did not feel any lower quality fats or ingredients. The greek salad was very nice too. It was a rainy Sunday and the restaurant was not crowded so the service was fast and efficient as expected.
