Κ.ΘΕΟΧΑΡΑΚΗ για τις υπηρεσίες που μας προσέφερε με συνέπεια και αποτελεσματικότητα, αναλαμβάνοντας την ενοικίαση διαμερίσματος μας στο Ηράκλειο . Εξαιρετικός επαγγελματίας, συνδυάζοντας όλα τα χαρακτηριστικά που εκτιμούμε στις συνεργασίες μας και μας κάνουν να αισθανόμαστε ασφάλεια. Έμπειρος, ειλικρινής,, ευγενικός,, πρόθυμος και κυρίως γνώστης του παλμού της αγοράς των ακινήτων, μας εξυπηρέτησε σε ελάχιστο χρόνο. Σε λιγότερο από μία εβδομάδα βρέθηκε ενοικιαστής που ανταποκρίνονταν πλήρως στα κριτήρια που είχαμε καθορίσει. THEOCHARAKIS for the services it offered us consistently and efficiently, undertaking the rent of our apartment in Heraklion. An excellent professional, combining all the features that we value in our collaborations and make us feel safe. Experienced, honest, "polite", willing and mainly knowledgeable of the pulse of the real estate market, he served us in a short time. In less than a week, a tenant was found who fully met the criteria we had set. In addition, he was very supportive in settling all the bureaucratic issues to the end, without our own hassle. N	Natassa Giova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τηλεφώνησα στο γραφείο και το σήκωσε ο κ. Θεοχαράκης Κώστας. Μου είπε ότι θα με καλέσει και τον ρώτησα απλώς αν όντως θα με καλέσει διότι έχουμε ταλαιπωρηθεί από το περασμένο καλοκαίρι με τα μεσητικά να μας λένε ότι θα μας καλέσουν και να μην μπορούμε να επικοινωνήσουμε. Ενθουσιάστηκα απο την άμεση ανταπόκριση καθώς με κάλεσε σε μόλις 5 λεπτά. Δυστυχώς όμως αντιλήφθηκα ότι ο λόγος της άμεσης ανταπόκρισης δεν ήταν για να μιλήσουμε για το ακίνητο που με ενδιέφερε αλλά για να με προσβάλλει. Μου είπε θρασύτατα ότι χάνει το χρόνο του που μιλάει μαζί μου καθώς δεν ξέρω τι θέλω επειδή δήλωσα την επιθυμία να δω απο κοντά το ακίνητο.Μιλάμε για επένδυση και όχι για αγορά μπλούζας.( ζήτημα να μιλούσαμε 2 λεπτά... πως συμπέρανε ο κύριος οτι δεν με ενδιαφέρει σοβαρά το ακίνητο απορίας άξιο...) Επιπλέον μου είπε οτι δεν θέλει καμία συνεργασία μαζί μου διότι τον πρόσβαλα. Εάν είναι προσβολή το ότι ρώτησα μόνο οτι αν θα με καλέσει τι να πω... Πολύ οξύθυμος και εύθικτος ο κύριος! Ειλικρινά τέτοια αγένεια και υπεροψία δεν έχω ξανα αντιμετωπίσει. Επαγγελματισμός δεν είναι μόνο να είσαι συνεπής στα ραντεβού σου αλλά να εισαι και στοιχειωδώς ευγενικός και διαλλακτικός. Δεν μπορείς να μιλάς τόσο άσχημα σε μια κυρία που ούτε καν έχεις γνωρίσει από κοντά. Ότι λάμπει δεν είναι χρυσός!!! I called the office and Mr. Theocharakis Costas picked it up. He told me that he would call me and I just asked him if he would really call me because we have been suffering since last summer with the realtors telling us that they will call us and we can not communicate. I was thrilled by the prompt response as he called me in just 5 minutes. Unfortunately, however, I realized that the reason for the immediate response was not to talk about the property that interested me but to offend me. He told me boldly that he was wasting his time talking to me as I do not know what I want because I expressed the desire to see the property up close. We are talking about investment and not about buying a t-shirt. that I am not seriously interested in the questionable property ...) In addition, he told me that he does not want any cooperation with me because I insulted him. If it is an insult that I only asked if he would call me what to say ... The gentleman is very irritable and sensitive! Honestly, I have never encountered such rudeness and arrogance before. Professionalism is not only to be consistent in your appointments but also to be basically polite and compromising. You can not speak so badly to a lady you have not even met up close. Whatever shines is not gold!!!
