Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν ταχύτατη (προφανώς υπήρξε μια μικρή καθυστέρηση λόγω ημερών, όπως παντού άλλωστε) και οι απαντήσεις τους σε τυχούσες απορίες μου σχετικά με την παραγγελία δόθηκαν όλες την ίδια κιόλας ημέρα που τις εξέφρασα. I ordered a fast charge cable 1m long. and a 10000 mAh powerbank. The service was very fast (obviously there was a slight delay due to days, as everywhere else anyway) and their answers to any questions I may have about the order were all given on the same day I expressed them.

Αντ΄αυτού, εμμέσως πλην σαφώς, με κατηγόρησαν ότι δεν τους ενημέρωσα εγώ όταν παρέλαβα το λάθος δέμα (συν όλη η ταλαιπωρία επιστροφής). Unacceptable company not so much because I was wrong in shipping the product - but there was no elementary courtesy. Instead, indirectly but clearly, they accused me of not informing me when I received the wrong parcel (plus all the hassle of returning).
