★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great place to stay on Zakynthos! Mr. Dionizos, the owner, is one the best studio owners I've ever met. This guy is really helpful and friendly, he will help you in choosing some local cool restaurants, beaches, places to visit or viewpoints at whole Zakynthos Island. Theodora Studios has daily room service and rooms are just clean and tidy. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly at any time of the day.

The owner and manager Dennise was one of the kindest person on the entire World we ever meet in the last few years!
His Family is very kind also!
The studio was always clean and nice, was very quite and only 2 minutes walk from the Sea.
If we will travel there again for Sure we will go back there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dennis and his mom were the best hosts who I've ever met. They clean every day the studio, which is beautiful, fully equipped with a small kitchenette, in a really quiet and strategic area. They change every 2 days towels and every 4 days bed sheets. There's a free parking with cameras as well. Dennis is so kind and available for all your request. We needed to check out later, and checking the other bookings of course, he was able to let us stay as long as we wanted without extra money. I'd like to leave more than 5 stars with this review. I'll definitely go back to Theodora studios and I'll recommend it to everybody. Thank you Dennis, see you soon ?
