★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice family owned hotel with 2 pools, restaurant, bar and home made breakfast. Posdible to rent cars. If you prefer privavy, ask for a apartment high up. Rooms fully equiped but might need some fresh furniture/better beds. Aircon for additional charge. Located with walking distance to 3 different beaches, restaurants, Lidl but also Chania town a bit further away. Best of all is the service from this nice family. We went there for 2 weeks a year ago and I would go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I had to single out one thing from this wonderful place, it would be the absolutely awesome staff (everyone from the cleaners to the service staff) and the owner of this place.
I cannot stress enough how much they contributed to our enjoyment.
The place is very child-friendly, has two very nice and clean pools and clean and spacious rooms with traditional furniture (AC and safe deposit box extra, unless otherwise stated).
They have several cars for rent, for prices that beat the larger car rental companies easily (we rented a nice Peugeot 301 with less than 30K km on the odometer for three days for less than on day's fee at Avis, for example).
All in all, I cannot recommend this place enough if you want a peaceful, child-friendly apartment hotel near Chania.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been coming to Theos Village for the last few years and we love it. The staff are friendly and eager to assist. The rooms are clean and tidy and the food is good - we recommend the Stiffado !!! Walking distance from the beach and local supermarket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is central.the bus in front. to beach,supermarket, restaurants, small village around 15 - 20 minutes walk. Enough chairs around the pools.outside everything very clean.the rooms on the second floor are fantastic.the staffs are very kind and helpfully. The room cleaner haven't enough time for each room to clean them carefully, kitchen, dishes,furniture and refrigerator inside were not checked before my arriving. But this is a small negativ point .i will come back
