The PL is the official training centre for Polestar Pilates and exclusive licencee of Polestar in Greece, offering world class teacher training and instructor courses all year round. Polestar is recognized in more than 40 countries and backed by the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). Polestar graduates are proficient in the Pilates principles, movements, cueing and practice, across the entire Pilates repertoire. Polestar Comprehensive is the first evidence-based comprehensive Pilates teacher training program taught at the university level in the USA.
Polestar is today an international community of innovative leaders in Pilates instruction. As they note on their website: «We create life-changing movement experiences by fusing Pilates, physical-therapy, and mind-body energy systems, with facilities and trainings worldwide.»
Our vision is to create the Greek Polestar Community –co-operate with studios etc in Greek cities– and offer the best quality sessions to our clients helping them to create a healthy body-mind system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To Pilates Lab είναι ένας πολύ όμορφος χώρος για Πιλάτες και εναλλακτικές θεραπείες. Έχει ολοτβτον εξοπλισμό και μπορείς να κάνεις σε κρεβάτι, mat, reformer, βαρέλι κλπ. Το πιο σημαντικό όμως είναι η προσέγγιση του Polestar Pilates που ακολουθεί καθώς έχει άμεσο θεραπευτικό στόχο. Η Αθηνά Δανιήλ, ιδιοκτήτης του χώρου είναι άριστα εκπαιδευμένη και καταπληκτική γνώστης του αντικειμένου. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
Pilates Lab is a beautiful place for Pilates and alternative therapies. It has all the equipment and you can do it on a bed, mat, reformer, barrel, etc. But the most important thing is the Polestar Pilates approach that follows as it has an immediate therapeutic goal. Athena Daniel, owner of the place is excellently trained and an amazing connoisseur of the subject. I highly recommend it.
