Σ	ΣΟΦ ΧΑΤ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για rapid τεστ πήγαμε, Κυριακή απόγευμα, εξυπηρετικοί ήταν, οργανωμένοι, αν και λίγο αργοί. Βέβαια ήταν Κυριακή απόγευμα. Επιπλέον δεν στείλανε στο σωστό email την απάντηση και την ψάχναμε για ώρες. Τέλος, λίγο πριν φύγουμε έφτασαν μια ομάδα 8-9 αλλοδαπών, άντρες, γυναίκες και παιδιά στο σχετικά μικρό χώρο της υποδοχής και κανείς δε βρέθηκε να τους πει να μπουν μέσα μόνο όσοι ήταν αναγκαίο. Λόγω του μικρού μεγέθους του, άκουγα τις νοσοκόμες που περιποιούνταν τους άλλους ασθενείς, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορώ να κοιμηθώ το βράδυ και μάλιστα μετά από χειρουργείο.Ο δεύτερος και πολύ σπουδαιότερος λόγος είναι, ότι το απόγευμα μετά το χειρουργείο ήρθε ένας τύπος να μου φορέσει αντιθρομβωτικες κάλτσες ριζομηριου, ως όφειλε. Χωρίς να μετρήσει το πόδι μου, έφερε κυριολεκτικά ότι είχε πρόχειρο, με αποτέλεσμα να μου είναι εξαιρετικά στενές να σταματάνε λίγο πάνω από το γόνατο και να υποφέρω. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ! The second and most important reason is that in the afternoon after the surgery a guy came to wear me rhizome anticoagulant socks, as appropriate. Without measuring my leg, he literally brought what he had on hand, making it extremely narrow for me to stop just above the knee and suffer. UNACCEPTABLE!

Δεν μας έδωσαν ποτέ απάντηση από που προβλέπεται η ταυτόχρονη διεξαγωγή και των δυο τεστ και επιπλέον, ενώ ενημέρωναν το γιατρό μας που βρισκόταν ήδη εκεί ότι θα εισέλθουμε με rapid test, υπάλληλος του γραφείου υποδοχής μας έλεγε ότι πρέπει υποχρεωτικά να κάνουμε και μοριακό, σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες που ελάμβανε. Προσωπικό απαθές και αδιάφορο, ιθύνοντες εξαφανισμένοι και ο ασθενής στην αναμονή, σε ιδιωτικό θεραπευτήριο. Φαίνεται πως τα χρήματα της εξέτασης δεν ήταν αρκετά και ήθελαν και τα 47 ευρώ του μοριακού τεστ, για να ικανοποιηθούν. Πέραν των άλλων εδώ ισχύει ρύση του θυμόσοφου λαού μας "Ακριβοί στο αλεύρι και φτηνοί στα πίτουρα". Αφού αποχωρήσαμε μας πήραν στο τηλέφωνο και μας είπαν πως μας δέχονται με rapid test. K	Konstantina Pateli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καταπληκτική εξυπηρέτηση πήγα στην κλινική με οξύ πόνο στην περιοχή του Σκωληκοειδίτη. Αμέσως μου έκαναν όλες τις απαραίτητες εξετάσεις. Χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη με τα αποτελέσματα που έδειξαν την ύπαρξη μεγάλου μεγεθους Κύστης η οποία αιμορραγούσε εσωτερικά ο γιατρός μου ΔΗΜΗΤΡΗΣ ΖΗΣΙΑΔΗΣ με ανέλαβε αμέσως προγραμματίζοντας το χειρουργείο μου το ίδιο μόλις απόγευμα. Με Καθοδήγησε στο τι εξετάσεις έπρεπε να κάνω από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος. Τον ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ. Έκανε μια δύσκολη εμπειρία για μένα σίγουρα πιο εύκολη απ’οτι φανταζόμουν. Γιατροί, νοσοκόμες, προσωπικό έκαναν την όλη εμπειρία μου πιο εύκολη. Σας ευχαριστώ παρα πολύ. Amazing service I went to the clinic with acute pain in the area of the appendicitis. S	Susie B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience at this hospital. Hard to believe it's a private hospital. Reception staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful. Nurses lacked any real care. They did the minimum they were supposed to ie take my blood pressure and change my drip but I was not offered a drink throughout my stay from Friday morning to Saturday morning. I wasn't asked if I needed the toilet at any point. No one asked if I was feeling ok at any point. I was not asked my dietary preferences for my meal and was given meat when I do not eat meat. I was unhooked from my drip in order to have a short walk and they forgot to hook me back up for over an hour until I went out to tell them. The needle was put in my hand wrong as my hand swelled up and was so sore. I told them but they wouldn't take it out. Absolute lack of professionalism throughout my stay and also on the day of the pre op, the day begore surgery, they also had no clue and provided me with no guidance or help. And I had to pay for this stay!! Would never recommend this hospital to anyone.
