★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting thermae sylla spa for over a decade. It is by far the most rejuvenating experience I spoil myself with!
This trend of taking selfies and photos and videos has ruined the feeling of calmness and privacy one is expecting from a spa. It is disappointing that the hotel staff do nothing about it so long as no customer complains about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you make the mistake to book your room online, you will be placed in a room which looks like a cage with a small window, an ugly green carpet and cheap decoration . The other rooms are okish but not even close to 5 star hotel rooms. The breakfast is not 5 star hotel breakfast and most of the food is based in bread. The pool is too shallow and you can't swim in it and the spa facilities don't work all day and you can find similar facilities in nearby hotels for much lower price. The toilets near the pool need renovation and are dirty. Also someone has to tell them that you can't serve coffee on the pool bar in a 5 star hotel in a plastic cup for 4.5 euros. Overall overpriced ,they need more staff and nothing is luxurious in this hotel everything is like 3.5 stars only the price is 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is beautiful and the pool outside and the building are gorgeous but today we did the spa and yeah 2 out of 5. The manager at the desk was real not 100% at her job not a welcome drink no water no really welcoming, the thermal pool inside is ruined and we think that the massages are not near good. But we did the mud and the scrab and that was the save of the day.. but is not worth 350$. Not a 5 star sorry so much to improve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in a nice room with a view of the sea. The surroundings are quiet and you can see the scenery where the hot springs flowing from the land go to the sea. I was disappointed because the hot water was not hot enough, but it was good to swim with my child. The health drinks I ordered at the bar were particularly good. It was good to be connected to outdoor swimming pool. The hotel and the swimming pool were easy to wear. The surrounding restaurants were also delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an okay hotel. Worth the 5 stars just for the size. Giving 3 stars because:
1.I asked for a room with nice view, I got one that had a view of the street with 2 trash boxes as view.
2.We had to cross over to room by passing by an underground hall (really? For a luxurious hotel?). You could see cars parked, abandoned play room filled with chairs e.t.c
3. Massage: was maybe the worst one. I booked for 3 people and this guy literally rubbed us (literally just rubbing) around for 1 hour. And I also paid 300+ € for this. Very very unprofessional for a spa hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best is the thermal outdoor pool but the spa treatments are expensive. In the room there isnt any cofee machine nor an electrical kettle. At night they turn on the heater too hot and dry you out in your sleep. The TV screen is too small and the team is not professional, only the manager is. Across the street are the thermals in the public beach inside the sea which are absolutely great.
