True story Τετάρτη μεσημέρι πάω ν αλλάξω φίλτρο κεντρικής παροχής. Το διαλυω.. χαλαω την βαλβίδα (οσοι γνωρίζουν ξέρουν οτι προκάλεσα την απόλυτη καταστροφή και οτι προκάλεσα πλημμύρα στο υπόγειο χαμός νερά παντού) Παίρνω τηλέφωνο φίλο με γειωνει παίρνω 3 υδραυλικούς ... λυπάμαι φίλε σχόλασα... τυχαία πηρα πέντε δέκα μαγαζιά όλα κλειστά... παίρνω εδώ.. δέκα λεπτά πριν κλείσει... εγώ ανατολική Θεσσαλονίκη το μαγαζί δυτική.. του λέω φίλε το και το. . Μου λέει αν και κλείνω εγώ θα σε περιμένω να έρθεις να σου δώσω βαλβίδα να μην μείνετε χωρίς νερό στο σπίτι επειδή είναι Τετάρτη και είναι όλα κλειστά. Πήγα μετά από μισή ώρα και με περίμενε ενώ είχε σχολασει. Δεν θα το ξεχάσω ποτέ και σας ευχαριστώ πολύ ! ! The man was fucking me. Reminded me of the old good good Greece. He moved me without benefiting from me. True story Wednesday afternoon, I'm going to change a central filter. I loosen it .. I loose the valve (those who know they know I caused the absolute catastrophe and that I caused a flood in the underground lagoon water everywhere) I'm getting a phone call with a landlady I'm getting 3 plumbers ... I'm sorry my friend I said ... accidentally five ten shops all closed ... I get here .. ten minutes before it closes ... I eastern Thessaloniki the western shop .. I tell him my friend and. . He tells me if I close and I will wait for you to come and give you a valve not to stay without water at home because it is Wednesday and they are all closed. Αφού προσπάθησα 2 φορές να αγοράσω ένα συγκεκριμένο φίλτρο ΑΝΕΠΙΤΥΧΩΣ από δυο καταστήματα στην Αθήνα, με παραλαβή από το χώρο τους μάλιστα και ετοιμοπαράδοτα σύμφωνα με το site τους, αποφάσισα να το αγοράσω από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα με αντικαταβολή. Η παραγγελία μου επιβεβαιώθηκε την ίδια μέρα που την έκανα στις 11:34 μέσω mail και σε λίγη ώρα (στις 12:58) είχαν στείλει το δέμα σύμφωνα με το δελτίο που γράφει πάνω του. Την επόμενη μέρα το μεσημέρι είχα το δέμα στην πόρτα μου. Γρήγοροι και άψογοι! Ίσως φαίνονται δεδομένα και απλά αυτά που περιγράφω για μερικούς, αλλά δεν είναι. I live in Athens. After trying twice to purchase a particular filter FIRST from two stores in Athens, having received from their site even more and ready to deliver according to their site, I decided to purchase it from that particular store on cash. My order was confirmed the same day that I received it at 11:34 by mail and shortly (at 12:58) they had sent the parcel according to the note on it. The next day at noon I had the parcel at my door. Quick and faultless! It may look like data and just what I'm describing to some, but it's not.

Παράδειγμα προς μίμηση για τα υπόλοιπα skroutzομαγαζα. Να σημειώσω και την άμεση αντιμετώπιση μίας αστοχίας του ενός προϊόντος με καινούριο μετά από επικοινωνία που είχα μαζί τους το Σάββατο. Προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα το καταστήμα. 1000 μπράβο τους ! Professionals in every sense of the word! Wednesday 20/01 the order was updated Friday 22/01 I received it! Example to imitate for other skroutz stores. To note the immediate treatment of a failure of a product with a new one after communication I had with them on Saturday. I highly recommend the store. 1000 well done!
