ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΟΙ !!!! Έχω καλέσει, έχω δώσει ακριβώς ΟΛΑ τα στοιχεία που μου έδωσαν οι γιατροί για να παραλάβουν την μητέρα μου από non covid area μεγάλου νοσοκομείου της Αθήνας στην τηλεφωνήτρια , κλείνουμε, ενημερώνοντάς με για το κόστος της μεταφοράς ( €40 ) και ξεκινάω κι εγώ για το νοσοκομείο, για να βοηθήσω την μητέρα μου . Mετά από 40' κι ενώ έχω ήδη φτάσει με ξανακαλούν για μια "διευκρίνιση" : ότι επειδή θα παραλάβουν έναν ασθενή που νόσησε με covid 20 ημέρες πριν ( !!!!) , ανεξάρτητα από το αν οι γιατροί δηλώνουν ότι δεν νοσεί πλέον, ότι έχει λήξει η καραντίνα του και μάλιστα ότι θα τον παραλάβουν ΕΚΤΟΣ νοσοκομείου , ξαφνικά αποφάσισαν ότι η τιμή είναι στα €150 !!!!!! Αν σκεφτεί κανείς την αγωνία μου για την ήδη ταλαιπωρημένη μητέρα μου να μην καταπονηθεί περισσότερο με το να αναμένει σε ενα φορείο για άλλη μια και, ώρα αλλά και το ενδεχόμενο του να μην είχα άλλα μετρητά επάνω μου , θεωρώ την αντιμετώπιση αυτή το λιγότερο προσβλητική , εκβιαστική και παντελώς αντιεπαγγελματική !!!! Σημ. Δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο από τα ευγενέστατα παιδιά που ήρθαν με το ασθενοφόρο και έκαναν άριστα την δουλειά τους !

UNACCEPTABLE !!!! I have called, I have given exactly ALL the information given to me by the doctors to pick up my mother from a non covid area of a large hospital in Athens to the answering machine, we close, informing me about the cost of the transfer (€ 40) and I also start for hospital, to help my mother. After 40 'and while I've already arrived I am called again for a "clarification": that because they will receive a patient who became ill with covid 20 days before (!!!!), regardless of whether the doctors declare that he is no longer ill, that his quarantine has ended and in fact that he will be picked OUT of the hospital, they suddenly decided that the price is € 150 !!!!!! If one thinks of my anguish for my already distressed mother not to strain more by waiting on a stretcher for another time and the possibility that I did not have any more cash on me, I find this treatment the least offensive, blackmailing and completely unprofessional !!!! Note I have no complaints from the most noble children who came by ambulance and did an excellent job!
