Ο κύριος Βασίλης που με εξυπηρέτησε ήταν ευγενέστατος , εξυπηρετικοτατος και με βαθιά γνώση του αντικείμενου. Αγόρασα επίσης και ένα ζευγάρι ακουστικά ψείρες της Μeze που παρουσίασαν πρόβλημα μετά απο 3 μήνες και παρολη την άρνηση της εταιρίας για αντικατασταση είχε όλη την καλή θέληση ώστε να βρει τρόπο να μείνω ικανοποιημενος Εν ολιγης Τρομερή after sale υποστήριξη γιατί μετά την αγορά αυτό είναι στην ουσία που χρειάζεται ο πελάτης για οποίο τυχόν πρόβλημα προκύψει.Σας το προτείνω με κλειστά μάτια ! I bought a Cyrus One amplifier along with the Cyrus Linear speakers at a very good price from this store. Mr. Vassilis who served me was very kind, very helpful and with a deep knowledge of the subject. I also bought a pair of lice headphones from Meze that had a problem after 3 months and despite the company refusing to replace it had all the good will to find a way to be satisfied. that the customer needs for which any problem arises. I recommend it to you with your eyes closed!
