Εύχομαι στο μέλλον να βελτιωθεί η κατάσταση In order to draw a line and contact the Asylum Service by phone, one has to get an average of 200 times (I say it without exaggeration)! I hope the situation improves in the future
E	Elpiniki Kats on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Δεν έχω να τι να πω. Που τους παίρνεις τηλέφωνο και δεν απαντάνε ποτέ? Που κλείνεις ραντεβού και αργούν να σε απαντήσουν? Που πας εκεί και περιμένεις πόσες ώρες? Γενικά χρειάζεται μια επιτέλους ανανέωση να αλλάξει κάτι στις υπηρεσίες του ασύλου. Όλοι παράπονα έχουν. Unacceptable. I have nothing to say. Where do you call them and they never answer? Where do you make an appointment and they are late to answer you? Where do you go and how many hours do you wait? Generally there is a need for a final renewal to change something in the asylum services. Everyone has complaints.

N	N C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just arrived back my home .One star is only for the security man at the front door. He tried to do much for the asylum seekers waiting outside. The rest is pity.We had an appointment at 1 pm. We (a family with 3 kids) waited there for 2,5 hours The security man tried to tell the officer a lot of time that we arrived earlier than the scheduled time. But the officer(a lady) didn't care anything. She could only completed 1 application in about 3 hours. We wanted to talk to the officer to ask when we will come again. She kept us waiting for extra 30 minutes. And said our appointment is cancelled and even the services ends at 2 pm she was on duty(?)after that time. Moreover she added we could write everywhere if we want to tell about her bad attitude and words. Finally I would add what a big shame for European Union country...(whenever I have to do something official, a lot of time I hear this sentence from officers(Here is a European Union country)?

If you want to see Greek people’s beautiful heart, you should visit this place. Asylum officers are always smiling. There are a place for children and there are officers who takes care especially children.
