Shame!!!! I have brought a person from my hospital, they have closed the floor, I am calling. No one answers, but when I was forced to park elsewhere due to their absence, I paid a € 40 fine. I had to ask them to pay for it since they are paid a lot

Unacceptable… I was calling for two hours, all the numbers were not answered by anyone (they have 7), when they answered the car accident I ask if I called correctly for what I am calling for 2 hours he answers if I have any other comments to make, I tell him a car is daily in loading and unloading and prevents our suppliers from delivering goods to us (I work in a Vas. Olgas 140 store) that have been written 50 times in the last two months and something needs to be done, he replies "call your 100 good morning" and closed it. Tragic behavior and service to the citizen. It has no choice of zero stars unfortunately to put.

They wrote to me on 23/3/22 about tinted windows for driver and co-driver. I go the next day to get a photocopy of the permit to go to KTEO to remove the membranes. Generally indifferent and rude. It seemed like they were doing chores. I knocked on doors in the offices that sent me and they did not answer. In one of them when the door finally opened, the only employee was talking on the phone casually. Only one boss who sent me was polite and helped me get a license and a diploma eventually. Because of this the two stars. Not to mention that at KTEO the children told me that in the last few days I was the 25th to go with a call for tinted windows. You must see them take out the Easter lamb !!!

We spent more than 6 hours to get our license plates back. They don’t care about your trip so good luck!

In the evening, when my wife, my 2 year young daughter and me arrived at a hotel in Thessaloniki, the receptionist allowed us to park for check-in in front of the hotel, bring the luggage inside and my sleeping kid in bed and then told me to bring the car to a recommended parking place. The next morning I decided to do the same. Get my car, park it in front of the hotel and go up to help my wife with the kid and the heavy luggage. I have to admit, I did not tell the hotel, that I was doing it that way. I just thought it would be fine for these little minutes. Actually it was a bus line, so parking was only allowed until 07:00 am. We went down to the car approx. at 11 am. Two police officers took off the plates from the front and the rear. All my explanations seemed not to be important. So in the middle of the heat with my wife and my 2 year old child, they explained us to do a burocratic monster. First drive to the mail service and pay the fee and then drive to the police office, all through full streets. We lost more than two hours for that and our plan to drive to a near island got stressed up. I do not understand why 1. kindness and 2. Comprehension seem so unknown to these guys. Anyhow, I mean they were right according to the law. In a such modern Greek world I supposed to pay immediately to them or at least directly in the office. Here everybody has to drive from one point to the other through the full streets of Saloniki. Furthermore, when we arrived at the police station, I asked for help to the police officer outside. He did not look at me, just replied that I have to go from there. I asked “help”, nothing. He did not bother me. So I looked for a parking lot nearby, nothing. So I went back and asked another guy, who finally had more heart and allowed me to park in front on a police parking lot (still in the sun). Inside everything was burocratic, but fine. While my little girl was sitting in the car, sleeping, directly in the sun, more than 40 degrees outside, they asked fill out a document, to go to the 3rd floor, 4th door. One police officer made his best to help and I was happy he was there, as nobody really seemed to care. All was so usual for them. In the end I got my plates back, but they wanted me to fix them by myself. But, I did not know, that they had placed the screws in the front view mirror and I have driven all the time with it without knowing it. could have lost them. But, yeah, who cares. For 40€, easy money, they just Let you lose time and happiness for your vacation to beautiful Greece. Thanks again guys for this wonderful meeting. I hope you all will not have the same burocratic issues, when you travel in holidays somewhere, hot or cold, with your babies and family,,, thanks again guys...

I had parked in a disabled spot without knowing it (because I'm French and don't speak a word of Greek). I met a super nice policeman there who spoke French and gave me my license plates back quickly. Thank you very much for this kindness! I won't forget you!
