Σπάνιες, και θεωρητικά κλασσικές (αν θεωρούμε κλασσικές τις βέλγικες, ολλανδικές, γερμανικές, γαλλικές κλπ) μπύρες που σε ταξιδεύουν σε όλο τον κόσμο. Τεράστια ποικιλία. Κόκκινες, weiss hefe & crystal, Dunkel, Keller, stout, pale ale, ipa, μαύρες, ό, τι ποθείς. Σκληρές και μαλακές, με υψηλό αλκοολικό βαθμό, χάνεσαι.....Και πολλές, αναρίθμητες. Έχω εκπαιδευτεί σε εστιατόρια με 80 μπύρες, αλλά εδώ ξεφεύγουν. Ακόμη και η χωρίς αλκοόλ, ήταν μια φανταστική kellerbeer. Πολύ μεστή και πλούσια σε γεύση, καμμιά σχέση με τις άχρωμες απλές alcoolfree. Σήμερα θα δοκιμάσω τα περίεργα spirits.
