C	Christina Moysiadou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω μείνει παντελώς δυσαρεστημένη. Παρότι στην επικοινωνία ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και επεξηγηματικοί όλοι τους στην πράξη ήταν απαράδεκτοι. Έχω έναν λέβητα πετρελαίου στο σπίτι που νοικιάζω και η αλήθεια είναι ότι είναι παλιός, φώναξα και άλλον έναν τεχνικό πριν από αυτούς και μου είπε δεν τον αναλαμβάνει λόγω παλαιότητας. Παρόλα αυτά η συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία μου είπε πως μπορεί να κάνει μια μετατροπή και να του δώσει ρεύμα από άλλη είσοδο και να δουλέψει. Δούλεψε για μια μέρα και έβγαλε πρόβλημα, ξαναήρθαν την δεύτερη μέρα χωρίς χρέωση και μας είπαν ότι είχε κάποιο πρόβλημα η σύνδεση που έκαναν και τώρα θα δουλέψει. Μετά από δύο μέρες το μηχάνημα βγάζει καπνούς και μας είπαν να το δουλέψουμε έτσι γιατί μπορεί να είναι κάποια λαστιχάκια και ότι δεν μπορούν να έρχονται συνέχεια αφιλοκερδώς. Χρειάστηκε να τους καλέσω ξανά εγώ και να τους ενημερώσω πως αν το πρόβλημα είναι καινούργιο να περάσουν ξανά επί πληρωμή φυσικά και να το επισκευάσουν και αν η βλάβη είναι τόσο μεγάλη να μου δώσουν μια προσφορά για αλλαγή λέβητα. Απαντάνε με μια πρόταση προσφοράς στην οποία έχω κάποιες απορίες και ξαναστέλνω mail για διευκρινίσεις. Μια εβδομάδα μετά και δεν είχαμε νέα τους ούτε απάντηση στο mail. Κάλεσα άλλους τεχνικούς και από τις φωτογραφίες που τους στείλαμε μας είπαν πως έχει καεί ο μετασχηματιστής. Όταν ήρθαν αρνήθηκαν να κάνουν οποιαδήποτε μετατροπή στο λέβητα λόγω της συνδεσμολογίας που έκανε η συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία. Δεν είμαι τεχνικός και δεν θέλω να τους κατηγορήσω για αυτό γιατί μπορεί και οι άλλοι να μην μπορούσαν να το φτιάξουν. Τους καλώ ξανά για να τους ενημερώσω για την κατάσταση και να κλείσουμε ένα ραντεβού εκ νέου για να το επισκευάσουν επιτέλους και μου απαντάνε ότι ή αύριο ή μεθαύριο θα περάσουν από εκεί. Έχουν περάσει 5 μέρες και δεν έχουν φανεί. Τους κάλεσε ξανά ο ενοικιαστής και απάντησαν πως τώρα βρίσκονται στην Χαλκιδική και ότι θα μας ενημερώσουν για το πότε θα μπορέσουν να έρθουν. Νομίζω ότι αν δεν ήταν σε θέση να επισκευάσουν τον λέβητα έπρεπε να μου το είχαν πει εξ αρχής και όχι να μας παιδεύουν με τέτοιο κρύο. Η πρώτη επικοινωνία που είχαμε ήταν στις 24 Νοεμβρίου μέσω του Δουλευταρά. Βαθμολογώ μόνο για την κατάσταση που περιγράφω, αν ισχύουν έστω και το 1% από αυτά που μου είπαν οι άλλοι τεχνικοί θα έπρεπε να βαθμολογήσω με μείον. I am completely dissatisfied. Although they were very polite and explanatory in communication, in practice they were all unacceptable. I have an oil boiler in the house I rent and the truth is that it is old, I called another technician before them and he told me he does not take it because of age. However, this company told me that it can make a conversion and give it power from another input and work. It worked for a day and got out of trouble, they came back the second day free of charge and told us that there was a problem with the connection they made and now it will work. After two days the machine emits smoke and we were told to work it like this because it may be some tires and that they can not keep coming for free. I had to call them again and inform them that if the problem is new they should pay again of course and have it repaired and if the damage is so great they should give me an offer to change the boiler. They respond with an offer in which I have some questions and I send mail again for clarifications. A week later and we had no news or response to the mail. I called other technicians and from the photos we sent them they told us that the transformer had burned out. When they arrived they refused to make any conversion to the boiler due to the wiring made by the specific company. I'm not a technician and I do not want to blame them for this because others may not be able to fix it. I call them again to inform them of the situation and make an appointment again to have it finally repaired and they answer that either tomorrow or the day after tomorrow they will go through there. 5 days have passed and they have not been seen. The tenant called them again and they replied that they are now in Halkidiki and that they will inform us about when they will be able to come. I think that if they were not able to repair the boiler they should have told me from the beginning and not educate us with such a cold. The first communication we had was on November 24 through Douleftaras. I only rate for the situation I describe, if even 1% of what the other technicians told me is valid, I should rate it with a minus.

Όσες φορές έχουμε συνεργαστεί με έχουν εξυπηρέτηση άψογα .Χωρίς καθυστερήσεις , στην ώρα τους ,τα παιδιά που ήρθαν ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και η δουλειά τους επαγγελματική . Σίγουρα θα ξανά συνεργαστούμε . Right professionals !!! As many times as we have worked with them they have been impeccably served. Without delays, on time, the children who came were very helpful and their work was professional. We will definitely work together again.

Η επισκευή του μηχανήματός μου, που συμφωνήθηκε με ηλεκτρονικό τρόπο, πραγματοποιήθηκε ορθά οικονομικά και έγκαιρα. Right professionals on time with respect and courtesy. I highly recommend them. The repair of my machine, which was agreed electronically, was done economically and on time.

Ε	ΕΛΛΗ ΜΠΟΣΝΑΚΙΔΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακοι στη συντήρηση κλιματιστικού. Έδωσα 100 ευρώ μου είπανε ότι είναι εντάξει, το θέσαμε σε λειτουργία και δουλευε όπως πριν. Μου είπανε ότι θέλει 2-3 φορές να λειτουργήσει και θα στρώσει. Τα ίδια μου έκανε, τους πήρα τηλ φέτος να έρθουνε να το δούνε και θέλανε να τους πληρώσω επίσκεψη. Ακόμα περιμένω να έρθουνε ..... Απαράδεκτοι Very bad at air conditioner maintenance. I gave 100 euros, they told me it was ok, we put it into operation and it worked as before. I was told that he wants to work 2-3 times and he will layer. He did the same to me, I called them this year to come and see it and they wanted me to pay them a visit. Το κλιματιστικό μας είχε δύσκολη ηλεκτρολογική βλάβη χρειάστηκαν 2 ώρες για την επισκευή αλλά φεύγοντας με χαρά μου διόρθωσαν και κάτι ακόμη χωρίς να έχουν καμία υποχρέωση. Ευχαριστώ θερμά για όλα. They are professional, clean and fast. Our air conditioner had a severe electrical failure, it took 2 hours to repair, but leaving with joy, they fixed something else without any obligation. Thank you very much for everything.
A	Aggelos Latsios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συντήρηση κλιμτιστικου. Απαράδεκτη δουλειά πρώτον δεν είχαν τον ειδικό μουσαμά για να μην λερώσουν. Δεύτερον ψεκάσε το στοιχείο μέσα και έξω και έφυγε και φυσικά ξαναγύρισε μόλις του είπα ότι μέσα ήταν μέσα στην βρομιά. Τρίτον δεν είχε μαζί του το συγκεκριμένο μετρητή φρέον. Αυτά είναι οι αξία τους τα 35 ευρώ που πλήρωσα για την καλή Συντήρηση και όχι τον 20... Air conditioner maintenance.
