Την αμέσως επόμενη μέρα με ειδοποίησαν ότι μια υδατικη στα 177ml θα καθυστερούσε να έρθει και αν ήθελα να προχωρήσω την υπόλοιπη παραγγελία για να μην καθυστερησουν όλα. Πρότεινα να αντικατασταθεί με την μεσαία συσκευασία και πλήρωσα τη διαφορά. Μετά από μια ακόμα μέρα με ειδοποίησαν ότι έκαναν λάθος και ότι αυτή η συσκευασία ήταν σε έλλειψη αλλά προς έκπληξή μου για αποζημίωση θα μου έστελναν χωρίς έξτρα χρέωση την ακόμα μεγαλύτερη συσκευασία. Κατέληξα από 177ml σε περίπου 500ml υδατική! Εννοείται ότι δεν με ενόχλησε καθόλου ίσα που θεώρησα ότι η αντιμετώπιση τους ήταν πολύ επαγγελματική. Παρόλο το μπέρδεμα και την έξτρα ποσότητα κρέμας έλαβα επιπλέον και αρκετά δείγματα δώρο. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. I placed an online order on 12/29/20 and paid by card. The next day I was notified that a 177ml water bottle would be late to arrive and if I wanted to proceed with the rest of the order so that everything would not be delayed. I suggested it be replaced with the middle package and I paid the difference. After another day I was notified that they were wrong and that this package was in short supply but to my surprise they would send me the even bigger package free of charge. I ended up from 177ml to about 500ml aqueous! Of course, I was not bothered at all by the fact that I thought that their treatment was very professional. Despite the confusion and the extra amount of cream, I also received several gift samples. I highly recommend.

Είμαι σταθερή πελάτισσα εδώ κι έναν χρόνο και δε τους αλλάζω γιατί πρώτον η εξυπηρέτησή είτε τηλεφωνικώς είτε online ειναι πάντα άψογη κι άμεση! Και επίσης γιατί πάντα φροντίζουν να προσθέτουν κάποια δείγματα είτε από προϊόντα που έχω ζητήσει είτε από νέα προϊόντα που ενδεχομένως με καλύψουν κι αυτό μου δείχνει ότι φροντίζουν για τις επιθυμίες και τις ανάγκες των πελατών τους εξατομικευμένα! Ever since I discovered Think Pharmacy I do not change it and of course I have recommended it to every friend. I have been a regular customer for a year now and I do not change them because first of all the service either by phone or online is always perfect and immediate! And also because they always make sure to add some samples either from products that I have requested or from new products that may cover me and this shows me that they take care of the wishes and needs of their customers individually!
