Με την ονομασία Τρεις Ιεράρχες αναφέρονται τρεις άγιοι και Θεολόγοι της Ορθόδοξης Χριστιανικής Θρησκείας, προστάτες των γραμμάτων και των μαθητών, ο Ιωάννης ο Χρυσόστομος, ο Βασίλειος ο Μέγας και ο Γρηγόριος ο Ναζιανζηνός ή Θεολόγος.
Αναδείχθηκαν Πατέρες της Εκκλησίας και Άγιοι. Η σοφία και η δράση τους, τούς έδωσε τον τίτλο των Μεγίστων Φωστήρων, όπως ψέλνεται και στο τροπάριό τους: Τους Τρεις Μεγίστους Φωστήρας Της Τρισηλίου Θεότητος.
Η εκκλησία μας τους τιμά την τριακοστή Ιανουαρίου, με ιδιαίτερη λαμπρότητα.

The Church of the Three Brigadiers is a small beautiful church. The name Three Hierarchs refers to three saints and theologians of the Orthodox Christian Religion, patrons of letters and disciples, John Chrysostom, Basil the Great and Gregory the Nazianzen or Theologian.
Fathers of the Church and Saints emerged. Their wisdom and action gave them the title of the Greatest Fostiras, as it is sung in their troparion: The Three Greatest Fostiras of the Trisilion Deity.
Our church honors them on the thirtieth of January, with special splendor.
January 30 is not a simple holiday, but a day of celebration of education and letters.
