The terminal is new and in good shape but the private company running the schengen controls needs to train their stuff or supervise them better as some of them are rude and unprofessional. How can you be hired for a job like this and not know the word passport in English at least....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid during crowded periods. Employees do not bother to help you when you ask for information and they treat you like garbage when they do. They've sent us from one counter to another, been waiting more than 2h and almost lost the last ferry on that day to the island of Corfu because of their incompetence. Even the locals waiting to go to the island were angry because of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, one price online, but when we tried to buy on site they asked for almost double the money. When we indicated that it is not the price show online the lady working there started to bargain with us. We still ended up paying more than we should because we were in a hurry. But nevertheless a very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, if you are going to the center-south of the island Corfu, you must take the tickets to lefkimi, it's also cheaper. But if you have to go on the upper side of the island, is not worthy as the money difference is not as big as internet says. When you are there they will give you a 50% of discount. I've been there in full season (August). The reason I give 2 stars is that I don't really understand why the ferry crew make us park the cars one inches away from each other when more than 2/3 of the ferry was empty.
