★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η γιατρός εξαιρετική άνθρωπος και επαγγελματίας, αλλά θα βάλω 3 αστέρια για ένα και μόνο λόγο.
Η γραμματέας συγκαταλέγεται στους πιο αγενείς ανθρώπους που έχω συναναστραφεί στη ζωή μου. Δε νοείται να μπαίνει κόσμος στο ιατρείο να λέει καλησπέρα και αντί να τον καλωσορίζεις να τον κοιτάς με ένα επικριτικό βλέμμα απαντώντας ένα ξερό "τι θέλετε" ενώ παίζεις πασιέντζα στον υπολογιστή σου. Καμία διάθεση για να εξυπηρετήσει τον κόσμο, λες και την έχουνε εκεί με το ζόρι. Ο γραμματέας αποτελεί την έξωθεν μαρτυρία ενός επαγγελματία και δυστυχώς η συγκεκριμένη αμαυρώνει την πόλη καλή εικόνα της κυρίας Τίκκα. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά τη στιγμή που όλοι οι ασθενείς της απηύθυναν ευγενικά το λόγο, αντιπαρερχόμενοι το ειρωνικό υφάκι της.
Ας αναθεωρήσει κάποια πράγματα η συγκεκριμένη κυρία και πιθανώς και η κ.Τίκκα. Είναι κρίμα να χάνει ασθενείς λόγω μιας γραμματέως που δεν επιδεικνύει τον παραμικρό ζήλο για τη δουλειά της και θεωρεί ότι μπορεί να μιλάει στους πελάτες λες και γνωρίζονται από χθες.
The doctor is a great person and professional, but I will put 3 stars for one reason only.
The secretary is one of the most rude people I have ever met in my life. It does not mean that people come into the doctor's office to say good evening and instead of welcoming them, look at them with a critical look, answering a dry "what do you want" while playing solitaire on your computer. No mood to serve the people, as if they have it there by force. The secretary is the testimony of a professional from outside and unfortunately this one tarnishes the city with a good image of Mrs. Tikka. Unacceptable behavior at the moment when all her patients politely addressed her, contradicting her ironic weft.
Let this lady and possibly Mrs. Tikka review some things. It is a pity that she loses patients because of a secretary who does not show the slightest zeal for her work and thinks that she can talk to clients as if they have known each other since yesterday.
