Όσο για τα κουφώματα στην ώρα τους και χωρίς προβλήματα. Αυτό που λέμε αγαστή συνεργασία. Delivery on time and the end result excited me. d	dimitris pantopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εγώ δεν θα αναφερθώ στην εξυπηρέτηση γιατί μέχρι κάποιο σημείο δεν είχα πρόβλημα , θα αναφερθώ στο κομμάτι ποιότητα ! Επέλεξα ηλεκτρικά ρολά για καλύτερα ! Ανάθεμα την ώρα !! Τα μισά χρειάστηκαν επισκευή (τους πρώτους μήνες) γιατί δεν έκλειναν σωστά και κολλούσαν κατά το κατέβασμα … Έκλειναν στραβά! Ήρθε ο συνεργάτης τα επισκεύασε αλλά σε λίγο καιρό πάλι τα ίδια ! Επίσης δεν ξέρω αν φταίει ότι επέλεξα συρόμενα Κουφωματα αλλά μπάζουν από παντού ! Έχω καλέσει για το πρόβλημα για τα υπόλοιπα ρολά αλλά δεν έχω λάβει κάποια απάντηση ! Αυτά τα λίγα !! Half needed repair (the first months) because they did not close properly and stuck during download… They closed incorrectly! y	yannis aspiotis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι, αφερέγγυοι, αντιεπαγγελματίες! τους ψάχνουμε μήνες τώρα για να επιδιορθώσουν βλάβες και κακοτεχνίες σε ολοκαίνουργια κουφώματα που τοποθέτησαν πρόσφατα. Δεν απαντούν στο τηλέφωνο ή στην καλύτερη περίπτωση αν απαντήσουν είναι για να σου πουν οτι λείπει ο υπεύθυνος που τάχα θα σε πάρει όταν γυρίσει. Αυτό φυσικά δε γίνεται ποτέ! δεν έχω ξανασυναντήσει χειρότερη αντιμετώπιση πελάτη, μείνετε μακριά! Update: σε σχεση με την απαντηση του ιδιοκτητη της εταιρειας. Το προβλημα αφορα τα κουφωματα αλουμινιου, οχι την πορτα εισοδου. Τα κουφωματα τα τοποθετησατε εσεις. Επισης δεν πηρατε ποτε τηλεφωνο. Εγω σας καλω καθε εβδομαδα κ το κλεινετε. Ακομα κ σε email που μαλιστα αφορουσε νεες εργασιες που θελαμε στο σπιτι, δεν πηραμε ποτε απαντηση. Ακομα κι ετσι, θα σας καλεσω ξανα αυριο, να δουμε αν θα μπορεσετε να μας εξυπηρετησετε. Οι χρόνοι παράδοσης ήταν σε όλες τις περιπτώσεις όπως μας το υποσχέθηκαν. Στις επόμενες κατασκευές θα ξανσυνεργαστούμε σίγουρα. They are excellent professionals and with very good prices. Whoever we cooperated with (technicians, orders, accounting) served us immediately and with courtesy. Delivery times were in all cases as promised. We will definitely cooperate again in the next constructions.
