Ok I love them !!! thanks climate and everything is very clear and what I appreciate incredibly in this store is their professionalism, they will do whatever you ask and besides that I feel that I am going to drink coffee with my friends and have a good time! Και στην επόμενη πελάτισσα είπαν ότι είναι δικό μου λάθος που την καθηστερουν που δεν ανέφερα λεπτομεριες στο τηλέφωνο όταν έκλεισα το ραντεβού. Λεπτομεριες που φυσικά δεν ξέρω γιατί δεν είμαι τεχνητρια νυχιών. Λεπτομεριες που είναι δουλειά τους να ρωτήσουν. Δεν είναι τόσο η αγένεια, είναι η έλλειψη τακτ στην εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη. Το χαμόγελο. Ότι χαίρομαι που δουλεύω. Ο ανταγωνισμός είναι τεράστιος. Και πιστέψτε με δεν έχει να κάνει με την διακόσμηση του κάθε μαγαζιού, αλλά με τους ανθρώπους που του δίνουν ζωή.
15 minutes waiting for a scheduled appointment for removal ... And the next client was told that it was my fault that they delayed her because I did not mention details on the phone when I made the appointment. Details that of course I do not know because I am not a nail artist. Details that it is their job to ask. It is not so much rudeness, it is the lack of tact in customer service. The smile. That I'm glad to work. The competition is huge. And believe me it has nothing to do with the decoration of each store, but with the people who give it life.
